They are a waste of time. I aplied for a car credit for my bussiness -a box truck. They approved it for $15000 loan and the truck was $2500 and i had to put 10g downpaymant which it was ok. So, to get a car it should b through their dealer Automotive Avenues with Chries Jorhensen, he was really good. I found a car so he had to pull it from tge dealler we called Denver Credit Union to get approval on papers they dined it, cause THE CAR IS COMERCIAL. You idiots when I applied for I wrote it black on white that it is a commercial box truck for my bussiness, did you think that I will height out with a box truck? Thanks for wasting my time!

I used to be a teacher, and I joined Denver Community Credit Union in 2007 because they needed a full-time financial educator for its program that it offers to non-profits and other organizations as well as its members.So, fair disclosure, I am an employee here.I have never worked for an organization before that cares so much for its membership. It doesn't mean that everyone gets what they want all the time, but it does mean that the membership always comes first. The bottom line is always, "How does this serve the membership?"So, I've stuck around for more than 5 years now. Quality Poor to fair I have banked here for 2 yrs and have only a savings account. I have been in good standing with them., Well this past week I received a check from a company that wanted me to work for them. I took the check into the bank and told the teller that I didn't want to take any money from it until I made sure that it cleared. But I wanted to take out $25 dollars that was in my account. The teller took the check and was gone for 15 minutes. She came back and told me that the check was fraud and took it from me. I called the company in front of her and they were upset and told me that they would send me another one.The Next day I went to my ATM and realized that they blocked me from using my ATM card and depositing a check so I went into the bank the next day and the same teller (a woman with shoulder length dark brown hair) lied and told me that she didn't know why it did that and said that she would order me a new card. She never told me that my card wouldn't work or why.The next day I went back in and asked a differnet teller(A Male) why they blocked me from depositing my checks and getting money from my ATM. I asked them why they were playing games with me?He told me that It was because I was trying to cash that last check, which was A Big Fat Lie. I asked them why they did it I did nothing wrong and it wasn't my fault that someone gave me a bad check. It had nothing to do with my ATM card.He told me that it was to keep me from trying to cash another one threw my ATM, and that they were trying to protect me., I kept asking him why would I do such a thing when I knew that their had been problems??I cash an average of 25 or more checks per month! All in good standing!He had no answer for me I told him that they were trying to protect themselves and they were telling me that I was dishonest! For something that was not my fault!Another teller told me that the fraud department did it and that they had to decide if they were going to give me another card??????????What a bunch of crap! I did nothing wrong and was being treated like a fraud scammer or something! It was probably because the first teller lied( the woman with dark shoulder length hair) and said that I was trying to cash it. If I wanted to do that I would of taken it to the ATM! What a bunch of idiots!This Bank Branch is bad news, if you belong to Bellco go to another branch like the one on 104th.They have poor customer service, have tellers that lie and want to throw you under the bus!I told them that I wanted to take all my money out of that bank which I did and I have another bank that I deal with.
On June 28, 2012 I noticed an unauthorized debit card charge for $79. Bellco closed the card and stated a new card would be sent within 5 biz days. A week later no card. Upon calling Bellco Customer Service, they stated they had not ordered the card from their 3rd party vendor in Fla. They made a mistake. They indicated they would expidite a rush order for a replacement card and I would have the card in 3-4 biz days. I never recieved the card in that time frame. I called again and was told they didn't know what was wrong. They said a rush order now would take 7-10 biz days. It is now 3 weeks and I still don't have a replacement card. They claimed the card would be sent Fed Ex. When asked if a signature would be required, they didn't know !! When asked for a tracking number, they couldn't provide one ! Excuse, excuse, excuse ! Bad enough my card security was comprimised yet alone dealing with incompetant customer service women.
Unfortunately last year I fell upon some hard times and fell behind on a house i bought in 1997 I had never missed a payment until 2009 i was 5 months behind and in february 2010 i went to the bank i had 4 of the 5 months in cash and they refused to work with me even though I had a signed contract shouing i would make enough to catch up within the next 2 months. Then i went to the Adams county housing authority and they said i qualified for all the assistance programs available but that it would be up to Bellco. He went to them on my behalf and they refused again then I put my house on the market for a quick sale and was offered 138,000.00 they refused that offer forcing me to file bankruptcy then 60 days later they sold my house for 125,000.00 13 thousand less then the offer that i had I am told that it is because they thought i was rude the 1st time i talked with them and that their customers are the owners and they were trying to protect them from future problems the original amount that i owed was 205,000.00 so in an effort to protect their customers they took a 80,000.00 loss whenhad they listened in february 2010 they would have a homeowner caught up again in March and i am and have been paying almost the exact amount in rent ever since and am back to work NOT THE BEST BUSINESS DECISIONS AT BELLCO PLEASE BOYCOTT THEM WITH ME
