My daughter and myself had the best experience ever in your store at the Deli with a man named Josh. He was the best thing ever in that dept. He was so busy but he stopped and made each of us feel like we weren't taking up his time. He was so polite and helpful it was absolutely the best experience I have ever had in the store. He deserves a raise or at the minimal acknowledgement for a job greatly done with a smile and kindness. Josh really did make me feel like I mattered.Thank you Josh!!!!

Yep the other driver was right they slow about getting you into a door and unloading you. My appointment was at 10:00 am it's now 11:15 am. Why have appointments when they can't follow them? Nuff Said
It's been a pleasure working with Listen Up while experiencing issues with the Marantz receiver I bought there last year. I took my unit in for repair and they sent me home with a loaner of equal quality. A few weeks later a brand new unit was shipped to my door, followed by an in house service call to ensure I was happy with the product and installation and offer any tips on how to improve my setup. They advertise lower prices yet it is so untrue. The King soopers club sida has doubled in price in a year. It was 79 cents on Wednesday and on Friday the same week it was 99 cents. With a yellow sign saying lower price. What a joke they are ripping off customers right and left Ivory liquid is 4.49 at KS and 2.49 stvwalmart same product etc. Also the place might be high volume because of the location but it is dirty and the meat and deli department might wear gloves for show but the guy wiped his face and them touched the meat. Gross!! The personnel are also rude and not very smart. One guy did not know what a 1/3 of a pond meant.
As a truck driver delivering to their Distribution Center at 4600 E Stapleton dr S in Denver, i have never seen such horrible customer service at a loading dock, nor have i ever waited for over 8 hours (while backed in to a loading dock) to be unloaded. Then once i was unloaded, i had to wait ANOTHER 1 1/2 hours to get the signed paperwork. The same went with the truck that was parked next to me, so i know it wasn't just me suffering through this problem. This company needs new management to oversee a smoother, more efficient system of unloading trucks, since they get so many per day.
I needed an HDMI splitter and the lady who helped me was very knowledgable and helpful. They had exactly what I needed and it was great that they were only a couple of blocks from the convention center!!! This will be my go to electronic store in Denver.

There was a minor manufacturing defect with my headphones which most people probably wouldn't have been able to hear. Even if they could, it would have been considered insignificant. With one phone call, my salesman stepped up and exchanged the item without hesitation, and without even having heard the problem. He then worked with his team, who went out of their way to accommodate me through the exchange so I wouldn't have to send my headphones in and be without while waiting for a replacement. Smooth, red carpet service all the way! I felt they had an appreciation for, and knew how to cater to a critical audiophile clientele. And I never even stepped foot into a store; my entire purchase and exchange was all done by phone and email. Imagine the service I would have received had I come into the showroom! Impressive! ListenUp, you have my business from now on!
