HORRIBLE SERVICE! razor blades everywhere drug needles laying around sold us two vehicles that barely run. Refuse to give us our money back and refuse to fix the problem. Costumer service sucks. Don't recommend it to anyone
the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, great car buying experience
I've bought 3 cars, had lots of service and have been impressed with each interaction. The service team is great and the sales team has helped me move through the paperwork quickly each time.
Originally took my vw cc March 19th, simple request oil change and new wipers, I was waiting nearly 2 hours and I had to go ask if my car was finished, it had been finished and no one informed me, I pay they didn't take the discount off, walk to my car and they didn't replace my wipers.. 2 hours and couldn't fulfill a simple task. Beyond frustrated I called the service manager who made excuses for the tech and ultimately apologized. Now my car is in another vw was 2 qt low on oil... a month and a half later, now I'm not blaming emich for this it could be multiple reasons for this. Anyway the new dealership needed the copy of the invoice to prove I recently had the oil change due to warranty coverage issues, so I call emich and ask them to email me the copy- she said not a problem, no email hours later I call back she mispelled my email, more hours almost closing time at this point no email. I call back and she's not in anymore, new lady "let me try to find your original tech" she cant, I specify how everything was an issue when I brought the car in and now it's a issue just getting a simple invoice... needless to say after 10 minutes on hold she hung up on me. I was requesting a invoice not the holy grail. Take your car ANYWHERE else to be serviced.
I WILL repeat my Google review, because more people should be aware:To anyone who ever considers buying from those people: DO NOT!!!All the negative reviews of this shady business, in my opinion, are true.I have bought a Mitsubishi truck from them a YEAR AND A HALF ago thinking that I was buying a car with a CLEAN title(as I was told, been reassured and shown the clean CarFax to with no isuues). Apparently, the car was in a much bigger accident that I was told it was in(they called it a fender bender). When I came to purchase a new car today from a Honda dealership, thinking that my car would be a nice Trade-In, is when my trouble started: I was told that my car has a SALVAGE title, even though there is not a word of that on the title itself. Boy, was I furious. After not buying a car for apparent reasons, I go straight to Georgis, where I am told that CarFax is not a legal document, that it proves absolutely nothing and that CO titles would never say if the car has been salvaged(where's the logic?!). Plus, a very honest Mr Georgi(who introduced himself as Andrei for some reason) said that they would NEVER sell a car there with a Salvage title(really?!). Having no idea what to do with my car next AND having lost about $5000 on the way, the bottom line is: IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF-RESPECT, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STEALERSHIP. Aloha!
I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Altima from AutoNation Nissan 104 in August of 2016. After 8 months, I discovered that the car had been in an accident in March of 2016 that incurred over $11,000 worth of damage and had an after market fender. I was given a clean Carfax at the time of sale. Certified Pre-Owned Nissans are supposed to go through a 167 point quality assurance inspection and have all genuine Nissan parts. When I contacted the dealership, they said that they were not aware of the previous accident and therefore, were not obligated legally. They either fraudulently or negligently sold us a car that should not have been advertised and sold as Certified Pre-Owned. They do not stand by their word or care about their customers as they were unwilling to resolve the issue.
Buyer Beware !!! Our sales experience was fine, which is usually the case, the service side of Windish Rv is horrible!!From delivery day to addressing warranty items 1 year later at either location, Lakewood and Longmont, service level, honesty and follow through has proven to be something missing terribly. With their demonstrated level of service, I cannot recommend them to anyone nor will we continue to have service performed by the Windish service group.
The worst rv dealership I have dealt with in over forty years! We looked at a rv december 22 2016. We liked the trailer it was a used 2014 model. I remarked to our salesman Joshua it didn't look like it had been winterized, because there was no sign of pink fluid around the drains, josh stated we use clear antifreeze and assured me it had been winterized. We put a deposit down and told them we would be back to pick it up after the first of the year. We came back 6 Jan 2017 to pick it up, it was over at service center having vent covers put on which I paid for. I noticed plug hadn't been taken out of hot water heater and pop off was dripping water, I told service center this trailer hadn't been winterized, they agreed. The kitchen faucet was frozen and busted along with valves in toilet. After these and other items were repaired, I paid a pushy finance manager & arrogant sales manager. I got the trailer back to my home town and had it looked at by local rv service center. They replaced hot water heater, and told me black water holding tank was half full of frozen human feces. They left trailer in heated shop two days to drain black water tank, STAY AWAY from this dealership they do nothing when they take in a trade and tell you lies, all they could say is we need to close this deal and our used trailers are as is this was a $23,000 trailer.
I realized that the other reviews were a little old so i decided i would write one... i am very disappointed with these guys, I bought a used truck from them, and traded in my brand new 2015, needed something with more power to pull my toys, they showed me the vehicle a day after getting it on trade, i loved it, i wanted it, but i wanted a few hiccups fixed first... 4x4, mirrors, cruise, abs light, and they said it would be fixed and then be delivered to me. Awesome, until it wasn't, it took an extra week to get me my truck, then it was delivered without temp tags and was not completely fixed, after constant battles on the phone with various people it's in the shop there getting liked at, and what do ya know they call me and say it's not covered under there 60 day service warranty or the warranty i bought to go with the vehicle.... at this point, I'm pretty upset... i call and found out what they can do for me... and I'm suppose to be getting a call back... all in all its the 17th... and i bought my truck the Wednesday before new years.... and is not fixed and not in my possession at this time.... will update post IF i get a call back from them to tell you the verdict......Side note Tony and Ben in the service department have been amazing! Sincerely appriciate there hard work
