The service that I got from Colorado Drive Shaft was amazing. I had a driveshaft rebuilt for a 1987 BMW 5 series. The universal joints were seized, and the driveshaft was making tons of noise. I brought it in to Dave, and he was awesome! He explained the rebuild process to me, and I got the driveshaft back the next day! The cost of the service was very affordable, and my driveshaft has never spun so smoothly. I am super happy with the work performed, and the service was simply fantastic. Thanks Dave!
Extremely disappointed, at first the guy try to charge more than what dealer ask for a new part, then promised the part is in a good working order, but upon installing it on my truck it is leaking fluid everywhere, the owner says it didnt leak on the used vehicle, please stay away, plenty other salvage yards that stand behind their parts and service
Very poor customer service! I purchased a headlight and explained to Dan that I needed this shipped asap and if there was a problem to please contact me. He stated it would go right out because it was already on the shelf. Call the next day because it still hadn't shipped out and he stated it was set to go out that day. Call the 3rd day because it still didn't ship out and he stated it was still sitting in shipping and he was just going to credit me back. He could careless that he just wasted 3 days of my time and a rental fee because of his poor skills. I thought PRP yards were suppose to be so professional.
I found Eric and Adopt A Part on a prius forum. My college daughter had just gotten a $4500 repair quote on her 2001 Prius from the Toyota dealer. Eric is going to do a diagnostic on it and IF the dealer was correct, the total cost will be $1100. A savings of $3400 to a starving college kid might as well be a million dollars. The trust I could feel through the phone with Eric was extraordinary. Will follow up once the work is done to post more.
I was in the market for a remanufactured Volvo driveshaft these guys are my #1 pick and best price Dave was awesome to work with helped mewith one of my other cars repacking balls that fell out. I will always go to them and HIGHLY recommend them.
I just wanted to take a minute to say "Thank you" to the people at Stadium Auto Parts! Over the past 15+ years, you have continuously come through for me when I needed parts for my cars, or even when I've just needed some honest advice/suggestions. It's really rare to find a company who genuinely cares about its customers, and not just making money. For that reason, my family and I will continue to be loyal patrons of your business!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,
I needed a transmission for my 2002 Nissan Pathfinder. The owner, Sean, was very helpful and they have the best prices in town. My mechanic had also said that I needed a new transfer case, but instead of just selling me the part, which they had in stock, Sean and his crew checked out the car and pointed out that I didn't need it after all. Seriously, what a change to get such an honest answer from a guy in a car industry. The next week, I sent my sister to them for a cracked windshield. It's been about 3 months and my car has been running great. Other Car shops, take a lesson from these guys: this is how you build life-long customers.
