On -site management goes into apts when unoccupied to rifle through your things-property has "peeping tom" who sees thru back window of unit. My unit had NO stove & NO kitchen sink, bug infested furniture, rickety cabinets, threadbare carpet & nosy on-site managers who had numerous maintenance work orders but put those way after fixing fence-again. Tons of useless drunks wander thru parking lot 24/7. Other residents are mostly crack/meth heads. All for the bargain rate of $900/mo rent, $250 non-refundable deposit. Save your $ and stay far away!

Well the post that told you that the new manager, Ashlie was great, is true, but she also quit because this place is such a dump! Cockroach infestations have forced them to let people out of their leases for free because I personally had to throw away all of my personal belongings before moving into a new house! The management is non-existent and we have been through 3 managers in the past 6 months that I've lived here. The man who came once a week (and I had to empty my entire kitchen each time) to spray for cockroaches said there are people living here who are just comfortable with it and won't complain about the bugs, so the rest of us are just forced to live with it. Some people that live here are just filthy so I believe him.We also get charged for common area electric, trash, water, and we were never told about that! It tacks on at least an extra $100 per month. There are tenants who have cords running from their windows to the outside outlets so we pay for their electricity too! :(If you're living here for an elevator DON'T! BOTH are broken at least once a week and I feel terrible for all the elderly people living here with wheelchairs or arthritis. Don't fall for this place YOU WILL REGRET IT!Homeless people are also always in the laundry room doing laundry...so much for a secured entry!!! This place is the worst I have ever lived! Thank god they let me out of my lease for free!!!!
Absolute worst! Air conditioning didn't work 4 days to fix, heating didn't work, 8 days to fix in freezing temps. Cops here on a weekly basis. Loud kids, inconsiderate neighbors. Smelly halls, bug infestations. Incompetent staff, aggressive office manager. All in all absolute worst place I've ever lived. As soon as I have a reason to break my lease I'm taking it.
I currently rent from Hunters Ridge and actually resigned my lease that was up in Sep of this year. If I would of known then, three weeks ago at the time of signing what I know now I would not have resigned. I'm a single mother struggling with my illness of MS and now attempting to get my apartment fixed. I had a leak that was reported last Dec. It was only fixed or so I thought in June. Then with all the rain last month discovered that it was not properly fixed and now have holes in my ceiling and my wall. I have had to take time off of work, time moving furniture and am getting no response or acknowledment at all! My health is very compromised due to this added stress and at no time was I contacted by the apartments and or told sorry for what I have been going through in getting this resolved. I was even laughed at, at one point in my own home....I'm truly at a loss for words and appalled by this. My advice, do not rent here unless you can risk these losses.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Management group here does not know what they are doing. They allow construction to happen at 7:00 am. to 3:00p.m. when asked if they could have the construction begin later 9:00 to 5:00 p.m.they said that it was not within their control. What exactly is within your control if you can not dictate what goes on in regards to your property? In addition they do not care about their tenants, they care about getting renters in and will lie to do so. They let children run around screaming till all hours of the night, dogs barking people partying and yelling. They may say that they have a security officers but they are never around and if called they may decide to show up 30 to 45 minutes later. So lets go by the ratings below and justify why I gave them the scores they received. Parking construction company takes precedent over paying tenants. Noise: Kids running around screaming, construction noise, people yelling, people playing soccer on tennis courts, cars peeling out in the parking lots and over speed bumps. did I mention construction. kids running in the halls slamming doors. Dogs barking. Shoveling side walks at 5:00 a.m. snow blowers, lawn mowers all at or around 7:00 amGrounds, construction site they did raise our rent to pay for the painting of the outside of the buildings. No real benefit to tenants.Safety. Lots of people smoking pot outside during the summer, I never have a problem as I am a fairly big man. Construction: Yes lots of it and they do whatever they want when they want because the what goes on at Kennedy Ridge is not their responsibility. Maintenance: The one thing I have no problems with. except the shoveling and snow blowers at the crack of dawn.Staff: INCOMPETENT. WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH EVER. DISHONEST in regards to noise parking and overall willingness to help.OVERALL: AVOID THIS PLACE
