I have been working with this company for a year. The owner, Larissa, is very organized, and works very hard to place the right person for my homemaker needs. I have a parent that is pretty much stuck at home, but I am having a hard time balancing my work and visits on a daily basis. Having a good professional going there every day helps me feel a lot less worried. Knowing that there will be someone to care for my dad, when I can't is a great relief!
The intake manager Denyss intentionally lied when I asked her first off if she could fill my hours of 9am-12p. MWF She said have your caseworker send over the papers. I told her first I wanted to know if she had someone for those hours. She lied and waited till after the papers and home visit. The first thing she did was change my hours. They sent someone who didn't speak English. I asked Denyss if the PCP spoke English she lied..When the PCP called and gave her 2 days notice that she was ill. Denyss claimed that she wasn't given any notice in advance. Lucia was a great PCP sub but she could only work 10:30 after her person came back from vacation.A total of 3 missed service days and 4 PCPs in two weeks.The permanent PCP couldn't make my hours. Denyss knew this from the beginning. Don't trust anything these people tell you!They don't answer the phones before 9:20 am. They say they'll call back and don't. Save the frustration and don't use this agency. Even if the PCP is good the management especially Denyss is so horrible that both the clients and the PCP are set up for major frustrations. How can anyone trust the safety and reliable care of themselves or their loved ones to this agency?The management does not have back ups for PCP when they are ill. They don't check messages from PCP until after 9. They never call client first. Client has to hunt them down to see if PCP is going to come that day. So unreliable as to cause a safety issue.
Worst Oxygen company in Colorado, If your looking for compassion do not and I repeat DO NOT seek out Apria unless you want your loved one to suffer ! If your loved one has needs like a CO2 retainer (co insides with COPD) they will leave you screwed over! They do not follow doctors orders and say they don't have enough respiratory therapist for your needs. They do not come out when called they are great at billing you but don't ask them to do anything more. I waited a month for them to pick up my mom's equipment after she was put on hospice and went with another company, they waited till after she passed to come out and get their stuff! NOT ONE person from Apria said they were sorry for our loss. They just don't have any compassion for the patients or the families. WORST company EVER !!!!! This is the second time I have had to have them in my home and I got the same treatment when my 2 1/2 year old daughter passed away! Also if you need respiratory therapists for any needs, they do not call you and they do not come out like they say they will they do everything on their time and if your therapist quits or moves they will forget about you or your loved one and you have to call them! If you have them now look into switching to Premier or any other company!

I went here for excessive heat in my lungs after getting poisoned by Longmont United & Dr. Canham had over 8pints of my blood drained knowing the condition my liver is in & took away it’s only nourishment then tricked me into breathing 8 vials of Methacholine later finding out it shrinks your lungs, it replaced all that blood he drained from me, & it interferes with the “The blood–brain barrier” (BBB) is a highly selective semipermeable membrane barrier that separates the circulating blood from the brain extracellular fluid in the central nervous system (CNS). The blood–brain barrier is formed by brain endothelial cells, which are connected by tight junctions. It keeps the blood in the brain separate from the blood in your body & this chemical has now mixed the poisons in body into the brain now in the skin, they need me looking sick so, no one listens to my story about these schmuck’s! It’s like the more they watched me the more jealous they became! They manipulated to get the status quo, they have the judges, they got the entire justice system, they have me blocked from income. The coward’s are doing to keep me so weak that I just die here & they’ll never have to face justice. Constantly attacking my liver, kidney’s & spleen = nourishment, motivation, & energy! If they can keep me practically dieing the statutes will expire. The problem is in a conspiracy of which I’ll come back at the Mo fo’s with there is no statutes of limitation! Nor are any signatures! The fact being the conspiracy to cause harm makes them signature’s null & void & this is why their attacking my brain because, I’m educated. An attorney can find a way to come after anyone don’t let them lie to you anymore!

Watch out! These people are liars. I went on 08/31 for a sinus infection. It was my first time and the front desk said that I did not any payment that day but they took my cc info without charging it. One month later this crazy Jennifer from billing department charged me $50: 1st she said she didn't know why my card wasn't charge on 08/31 and later she said it was the copay payment and that the front desk gave incorrect info. What a chronical liar! I called multiple times but nobody could explain the situation. That crazy Jennifer is rude and she made fun of me over the phone when I confronted her. The billing department is unethical, rude and unprofessional, btw is part of your job to answer the phone!!!
I spent 45 minutes today, just trying to find someone I could talk to who would replace the THIRD non-working portable oxygen machine I have had this month! And it turned out they didn't have any more to replace it with! Their customer service is appaling and there's no way to get in touch with them online. Tomorrow, I go elsewhere!
