Long story short, my family and I were faced with the challenge of finding a place to live with only a week to spare. I came into Jimmy Brown's office looking for a miracle, and he showed me a few places that he had available immediately. His professionalism and kindness was comforting, and Nancy at the front desk did an amazing job of keeping us updated throughout the whole process. They were able to meet our crazy deadline, and we are getting ready to move into our new home right on time!! If you are seeking top of the line service, I highly recommend them. I am so grateful!
Richard is one of kindest most considerate people I have ever met and the most reliable and reasonable landlord there is. His rental rates are reliable and offers places for students and families alike. Avoid big bullies, like Scott Brown, for this personal and affordable company!!!
ALL BEWARE! If you are looking for the types of landlords that leave you without hot water for weeks, charge you $45 for the trouble, ignore your phone calls and emails, and then keep 95% of your deposit for things such as "shrub removal" then this is the place for you. The manager/owner will dodge your calls, lie about almost everything, and then sell your place out from under you with less than a month's notice leaving you on the streets without a care; I have sent tons of emails and even consulted a lawyer and even then she would not communicate. There are honest, self-made landlords out there, try somewhere else if you value security or fairness in the least.
As one of the first tenants to sign a lease in the Victoria Station complex I find it a bit distasteful and unappreciative for Jack Bell to tow my vehicle from a half empty parking lot. This was done primarily as an exercise of power and not out of necessity. If you do business with Jack Bell Properties I advise that you have a plan in place to keep from having to walk 2.5 miles at 2:00 am to get your car out of impound. I trusted Jack Bell Properties, don't make the same mistake.
