They are the lowest quality property that I've ever lived in and this is my fourth property in Denton in the past 7 years. I first moved to Denton as a student and lived in old, poorly-renovated properties (The Oaks of Denton, Uptown Apartments, etc.) that still exceed my experience with The Martino Group.I live on the third floor corner unit and the walls are not insulated properly, I don't care what management says. I wish I could attach a video of the noise to show how horrible it is. E-mail me and I will send you an example. Nobody should have to deal with this. I can hear my neighbors sneeze the walls are so poorly soundproofed. Sleeping is a challenge because I can hear everything. I can even Shazam my neighbor's music when they're not even blasting it. I sleep with earplugs and a noise machine on just to exist. I've emailed management several times and they're spotty with responses. I've never had success communicating with Courtney Wood the property manager - which is why I'm reluctant to suggest anyone lease at Martino Group properties at all. VP Nick Miller has corresponded with me pleasantly a few times, but even he offers no solution and mostly refers me back to Courtney. Also never received a response to my last email to either of them almost 2 weeks ago.Amongst the sound issue I didn't get my mail here for almost the first two months I lived here, a pipe exploded in my hallway and they took 6 weeks to clean it up, they don't respond to maintenance requests unless it's an emergency, and even with all of my patience, they won't let me out of my lease unless I fork over $900. I don't even want to move at this point, I just want them to fix the noise issue. But looking over reviews here I see I'm not the only one suffering at 712.I was told several things when I signed: these are "luxury" apts, there won't be a train horn when I move in, they'll paint an accent wall, etc. I'm sure I can find some form of fraud here.
i rented a unit, move in date suppose to be 9/22 when i called to pick up the keys the property manager advised me building wouldn't be ready til late November, had to vacate current apartment that Sunday. Manager gave me another unit with a move in of 9/25, when i called to pick up keys i was told unit didn't pass inspection. All utilities were set to be turned on, had to cancel. Property Manager's solution was to store my belongs and stay in a hotel til unit was ready. she gave me a 10/5 move in date, called her on 9/30, i was told she would email me when unit was ready. Never heard from her. Trying to rent from
Property is far from what is advertised-still no pool or pond. Was here for 6 mo. before the clubhouse opened and we had proper mailboxes that provided privacy and 24 hr. access. Property is a work in progress. Opened 4 buildings since we moved in 9 mo. ago for a total of 6 and have that many more to go. Landscaping leaves a lot to be desired. Pets are allowed to potty where ever and owners do not always pick up after their pets. Parking is nightmare as there are not enough parking spaces. Has no designated maintenance person so response is slow. There is also a lot of loud train traffic!!!

Management is definitely pet friendly. They don't enforce requirements that owners pick up after their pets and use designated pet potty areas. Also beware or loud and frequent train traffic near by.

Freshly baked breads, rolls, English muffins, and tortillas. Freshly smoked pulled pork. Excellent young chef makes many of his sauces and seasonings. Great for breakfast and lunch. With the young chef's mom's paintings artfully decorating the restaurant and dad's classy handmade tables, an atmosphere of warmth and comfort surround the room for casual dining.
DO NOT TRUST this company. My son's girlfriend purchased an auto policy through this company on 2/13/14 and had an accident on 2/20/14.They would not cover the accident.The new incompetent agent checked a box stating she wanted to wait 8 days before coverage would start to save money. This is ridiculous but they are standing behind the new incompetent agent. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE.
These people are &$@&$0! I bought insurance and expected to be insured the same day I purchased the policy. I drove around for 7 days not insured without my knowledge. I had a wreck on the 7th day after purchase of this policy. When the lady I hit contacted Wade Hunts office to file a claim they said I wasnt insured. WHAT A WAY TO FIND OUT I DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE!! I would hate for anyone else to have to inder what I've been through. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE THROUGH THIS COMPANY!
