Truck purchased on 30th of October 2017-Current Mileage:20000.5=Kansas City Plant did a great job building the truck.0.5= Ginger the owner's dog provided us with the BEST customer service. Summary•Sales Manager (Chris) DENIED having the truck WASHED so we could receive a clean truck!•No one at the dealership offered us a SEAT while we waited! •Internet sale. Arrived at 10am and did not leave with truck until 5pm! •Rear USB Ports were loose & rattled while driving the 7 hour ride back home Chris REFUSED to fix it. Made a comment that any dealership would BOOT US OUT for asking them to fix it under warranty.•Rear USB Ports are currently loose & make rattling noises while driving especially on bumpy city roads.•Chris tried to make us take our deposit money back because we asked him to look at damages on the truck! This happened within 5 MINUTES OF MEETING HIM! •Chris REFUSED to fix a paint chip on the edge of driver’s door and a scratch below driver’s door handle! Stated he’d “GIVE” us the touch up paint and we can do it ourselves or have a professional detailer do it for us! •The paint chip, scratches, & full body swirl marks have been estimated by local professional detail shops to cost around $2500 to properly repair!•Currently the right side BLIS (cross traffic/blind spot alert) unit is showing an on and off fault immediately after starting the truck!•The BRAKES are currently jumping when breaking in parking lot situations which seem that once again there were issues with this truck that this dealership either knew about and did not tell us or LIED about actually having their service department thoroughly check the truck before selling! •Poor (Hellish) customer service was given to the point where we felt as if we shouldn’t be in the dealership and the employees there made us feel the same way! I drove eight hours to look at a car they said was pristine. The car had been wrecked and repainted, the entire left side and rear bumper was repainted. The rocker panels were all dented where someone had been Jacking the car up. I took the car to a local shop where the tech ran the OBD2 scanner and 4 pages of codes showed up on almost every electrical system the car has. The salesman harassed me via text after I told him we would not be buying the car, not even for 1,500 less than the original asking price. I eventually had to block him after he threatened to sue me for slander because I posted the codes on an online forum asking for opinions. I would not buy anything from them even a new car. I'd venture to say all the positive reviews are likely fake as most of those people only have a single post. Buyer Beware!
Cory assisted my wife and I with our new Ford Fusion purchase. I would like to commend Cory on such an easy and pain-free process. From the very beginning Cory was very at ease and helpful and made our experience one to remember. No pushiness that would find at other dealers. Will absolutely be back to deal with Cory on my Mom & brothers' new vehicle purchases later this month.
He was very understanding and patient . I have come in for some service call and he checked to make sure I was satisfied still .I felt he wasn't just a one day salesman he cares after the fact also.. Hats off to Mr Powell ..
my son bought a used jeep grand Cherokee there that had just been traded in, they said it was a great car and that they had changed the oil and all fluids and just an over all check of it. apparently not, in just two weeks it had an oil leak, he hasn't even made his first payment. i know that its an as is sale but this is disappointing. anything to sell a car I guess. I sent emails and no response of course. this is why I hate buying a car.
Yesterday I worked with a, new to me, Service Manager, Jessie. He was great! He was helpful, polite and had a very pleasant personality. I regularly have all my maintenance and service done at Red River Toyota. Yesterday I bought 4 new tires and Jessie made it the best experience I've had in the 2 years I've done business with Red River. Thanks, Jessie!
