Walmart - Tire & Lube Express

came to buy tires and setup purchase. everyone then left. after waiting for 45 minutes, then was told that the tires would be put on in 2 hours. not good!

Why don't they keep on the shelf what they have displayed. The one time I asked if they had any in stock & they didn't. I shouldn't have to ask everytime. It's Been over a month & still none on the shelves. I just wanted a 4 slice toaster.
