        Overall

        Terrible service! Kept forgetting appointment then when he finally came he told me i needed a whole new tub. I got a second opinion and turns out I just needed to replace a ring around the drain that prevents overflow. He would have had me ripping my bathroom to pieces for nothing. I was charged for that incorrect assessment. Very incompetent plumber!!!
