This is honestly the best restaurant I've been to most of the waiters and waitresses are super friendly and the steak and country fried steak are awesome the only thing I don't like is the wait for food but other than that it's a great place to eat out at

Horrible service-Have walked out twice due to no one waited on us after 10M when there was only 4 people in entire restaurant-takes way to long to get food when they are not busy-food has been cold on several occasions and had to send back and took another 15m to heat. Then this last and my final visit last night gratuity was added to our checks when we had 7 adults and 2 children who didn't even order food. Then to top it off the manager came and asked how everything was after we had paid our bill, Told her the problems we experienced never offered to compensate us in anyway-Will never go back!

The food was great. The prices were way too high. Expect to spend 25-30 dollars a person! That is without alcohol or dessert!

I worked here. And the way they owner and manager treats their employee's well it would probably disgust some of the customers. First if that server brought out something that you ordered and it was wrong the server had to pay for whatever part was wrong. But the kitchen would fix you something else. They should rename the restaurant to Second Chances. Everyone that works there has been either fired or quit several times and all they have to do is cry and they get their job back. I have watched them serve food that was old and sour because they were to cheap to throw it away and fix something new. I never allowed my friends or family to eat there.

Very good; best selection of food any where and the steaks are better than most steak houses. The seafood is terrific. The Mexican food is good, but if Mexican food is all you want I suggest cactus cafe. Me and my wife are regulars at this restaurant and we highly recommend it. The service is great and the price is reasonable.

My family and I have been regular customers of the Denham Springs Lagniappe since we moved here last year. We've always spent a decent amount of money on our meals there and honestly, the food was never quite up to par but my daughter always wanted to go there. Lately, my daughter has been asking for chips and salsa just as a snack and I've been getting "to go" orders for her. I've always paid the same price for the item, never had any problems. Well today I called my usual order in and was shocked when I was told the price was $4.00 more than usual. I asked the server that rang my order up what the deal was and she apologized. She told me she was shocked when the manager handed her the ticket and saw what he was charging me. I spoke with him, explained that no one had ever charged me so much before. He was arrogant and unapologetic. I explained to him that this had just lost them a customer. He just blew me off. After I left, I checked the bags and discovered that I did not get what I had ordered, instead of Large cups of salsa, I was given small cups. Called him back and got nothing but more attitude. Save yourself the aggravation, drive past the location to a more deserving business.
