        My experience was not as smooth as advertised. First, I made a reservation 4 days in advance for a full size vehicle which was not available. When I asked why the personnel on duty gave no reason as to why. To make thing even worst they could not produce a mid size vehicle and I had to settle for compact car. This is not what I would call professional service. I cannot say all Enterprise locations operate in this manner but this location needs professional management. To make matters worst I had to wait over 35 minutes with only 2 customers proceeding me. Very disappointed!
