        I have used Cavin's for both routine maintenance and for A/C repair. They are knowledgeable and reliable. i wholeheartedly recommend this company for HVAC service.

        Ray Cavin's A/C and Heating never did finish my job, but took full payment of $3600 for replacing a central air conditioning unit that was under warranty with America Home Warranty. He would not return my calls or texts. Do not do business with this company. Wish I had known.
