Brought my car on Saturday. Was told I had 5 days to come back for a FREE wash,all I needed was the receipt. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come back for my FREE wash. The code wouldn't scan at first, I tried again and as the screen said "please wait..." an employee comes over to tell me I can't use the receipt. He REFUSED to help. Then he told me I had to pay $6 to get the wash. I asked why when it was clearly within 5 days to get the FREE wash. He is being rude and unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue. I see a car lining up behind me. I tell him I'm not going to pay again when the ONLY reason I came out of my way was for this. He continues to REFUSE my receipt. With this guy being a complete jerk(with my son in the back seat) and unwilling to do anything, I told him I needed to leave, I wasn't paying more when it was within the 5 days, he had more attitude about having the cars behind me move. Called to speak to a manager,no manager was put on. RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE.
By far the worse customer service i have ever in my life come in contact with. First my husband comes to get his car washed 2 times a week here for his company truck today like normal he pulls in and Joe cant have his last name its against the law lol so the other rude lady tells us runs up to say that there is mud on the truck my husband says yes sir i come here all the time sometimes with way worse and noone has ever said anything Mr. Joe with no last name says owell we are not doing it we will presure wash it for another 5 bucks. My hubby says no i will just take the 6 bucks back Joe kicks the cone out of the way talking some more trash and sends the lady out that tells us she cant tell us Joes last name she was as rude as him. We will no longer be going to this car wash and i will be blasting you all over facebook about your rude employees. Thanks you should have a talk with your employees and Joe if u can figure out who he is.
