John has responded three times to repair different items on my lawnmower during the past six months. He always answers his calls promptly or returns my calls in a very timely manner. John has always been able to complete the repairs the first time he comes out and this is appreciated. His prices are very reasonable, in my opinion. He always responds promptly, usually on the day that I call, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and I appreciate his attention to detail. In the three times John has repaired my lawnmower, I have been extremely happy with the repairs. Thank you, John.
Always answers my call promptly. Pretty much same day service, and always on time. Goes above and beyond expectations and actually explains what he's doing and how to prevent any other problems with my mowers and other machines. Excellent prices also. Friendly and professional.
I needed someone to service my lawn mower. I began an internet search and thought Id take it to where I had visited about a year ago. I could never get someone on the phone to make an appointment. I kept looking and found repair it now. I spoke with John and he was enthusiastic about helping me. Oh my gosh, that is such a rarity. I asked for a Friday appointment and he accommodated that. I just returned home from having it serviced and it runs so smooth.I actually waited while he serviced it, although I said I could come back in a little while, I wouldn't mind. John got right on it, right then and there. I'm completely satisfied with the service, the price,the promptness and Johns demeanor. I've never met John before his day, I've not heard of his business before this week. Im not writing a bogus review whatsoever. But I do know if ever I should need repair, and general maintenance and upkeep, Im going back.
John is a great guy that truly cares about his trade and the people he meets. After one call John came to my house and repaird my tractor in less then an hour. He's fair on pricing very professional, and his propt availability was what stood him apart from other companies for me. I would refer John to anyone i know who has a any issues with their mowers and tractors. I want to welcome him to our community and wish him and his family good Fortune.
I highly recommend John for your lawn mower repair or tuneup. He's knowledgeable, easy to work with and affordable. He diagnosed my old mower's problems right away and gave me an estimate of the cost to repair them that I found to be both realistic and fair. And he guarantees his work.
I called about 5 different mower repair companies in the orange city/Deltona area and all 5 said they were either booked for 2 or 3 weeks or that the charge to just look at it was about 100 dollars just to diagnosis it. I continued looking and eventually found only one person with all 5's in the reviews so I knew this had to be good. I called john at 10am we made an appt for him to come to my house and he showed up same day at 6pm. He brought all his own tools and fixed it right in front of me. Took him 15 min. I swear the mower is better than when I first bought it! Runs like a baby!. I'm not sure who that 1 person and again I say only 1 person who left a negative review for him was but I can tell you I don't know john and i'm not just a friend posting for him, he honestly came to my home first time meeting him and did a great job. I would recommend him to all , He's a great man! Also his pricing was better than ANY!!!!!
There are few people today who do what they say they will do and do it Right. John is one of those special people. John came when he said he would come, brought the parts I needed and did the job right. You can't ask for better than that. This is a man you can trust and depend on.
BEWARE - I don't know who he has writing positive reviews, but this man just moved to FL - this is a side job - he did NOT schedule an appt. when called...but asked us to call back a few days later. When he did show up he misdiagnosed the problem - charged me for a part the mower didn't need & the mower worked for less than 2 minutes after he left. When called, he was too busy on holiday (only 30 minutes away). I trusted him based on the reviews - but I should have known better when he handed me a business card with JUST the name John on it and no address or information to find him other than an email and a phone number. I trusted him on my riding mower, and I GAVE him my push mower as he said it could be replaced for less than repairs. I found out that was NOT true! I asked for the mower back and a refund. Last phone call he was so disrespectful. I'm writing this review for my mother-in-law, as she was too distraught to do so herself. Do not believe these positive reviews!!
I took John a mower that had not been started in 2 years. Within 20 minutes he had completely overhauled the carburetor, adjusted the motor speed and replaced the spark plug and air filter. I left with an old neglected mower that was now running perfectly. As a bonus I received instruction on proper mower maintenance to keep it running like new.
Honestly probably the most genuine service provider we have met in a long time! John returned my call promptly, was able to give me realistic pricing and honest trouble shooting over the phone of what it could be and cost (he was right when he fixed it too). I didn't even have to bring my equipment to him, even offered service the same day. So professional even brought us a filter on his way home after he went and fixed 3 different types of equipment at my parents (all in the same day:) overall I would recommend Repair It Now to everyone and know they won't be disappointed or be left not knowing more than they did before! Thank you for being an honest reputable, fair service company!
I found John on this site and made an appointment based on the reviews. He lived up to all the positive comments. He diagnosed my mower problem quickly and went right to work fixing it. Before he left he did sort of a mini-tuneup which was probably long overdue. I thought his charge for labor, parts and travel was more than reasonable. Call John - he's a good guy.
Took my lawn mower to see John last week...a mower which I had not used in more than two years. First thing John saw was that the cutting blade had been put on backward from the last time it was serviced by another repair shop. That impressed me very much. Then John gave me some tips to help my mower run more efficiently and improve overall performance. After all that he brought my machine back to life. His price was pretty standard to other shops I've been to but his advice was priceless. I will now be taking my equipment to John from this point forward.
