Zero stars! Terrible, rude "manager" accused my husband of lying about purchasing a part, then refused to return the part we'd received three weeks previously since we had paid in full before they ordered and 30 days had passed. Instead of admitting her mistake on our receipt of the part, the "manager" had a large mechanic working there come up to make us leave. I have called the police on this awful business, they are thieves and thugs.

Service

Sold them a vehicle i purchased for $50 from the coal mine ...they were nice enough to pay me 1200 and even spent 45 minutes telling me how much they hated me and what a con i was. Thank you trade center for letting me do to you as you do to everyone who has done business with you

Trade Center seems to have some of the stuff I can't find at other places. They are an LKQ dealer which helps my business get new parts at a competitive price,

If I could give minus points I would. Dana Perez, supposed Manager:rude, discourteous, unprofessional. Sold a defective part and once they have your money, there's no use in talking to them. It's my option they sell defects just to scam people. Cost me $100 on a part I couldn't use because it was defective and I'm out the money. Avoid this place like the plague and I would do likewise with the Junction site as well. Courtesy goes a long way; these people have none of it. F------

Don't believe ANY "5-star" ratings for this rip-off joint! Like someone else said - if I could give Trade Center II less than a one-star, I WOULD! I purchased a used AC compressor with a 30-day "guarantee." I had it installed within a week and when it was recharged it made a much worse noise than the defective part it was replacing. I called Trade Center and reported the part was defective. The certified mechanic who had installed it advised me to park the vehicle until I could afford to replace the part. I could not afford to buy a new part until payday (fixed income retiree) which was exactly at the 30-day "limit." It took one more week to receive the brand new part and have it installed. Long story short, the EXTREMELY rude supposed "manager," Dana Perez, said "too bad" and claimed that the certified mechanic (who I don't even know) would probably "lie" on my behalf, and just "say" that their part had never actually been used. Their business is 30 miles away so it's difficult to return a part with no vehicle to drive. TAKE MY ADVICE: purchase a NEW part on Amazon.com and have it installed. Trade Center's DEFECTIVE part was $109 and the brand new guaranteed part was $165 and works perfectly. Rude so-called "manager" Dana Perez accused ME of lying, so I asked her how many times she had sold that SAME defective part, because truth be told, that c COULD happen - even more than once! Do NOT - I repeat do NOT risk your $$ at this questionable business!!! They are WAAAY more concerned with their "no matter what" flimsy policy than with repeat business or customer service!!

Do NOT risk your $ at this disreputable business! Buy a NEW part online (choose from many suppliers online or locally)-pay a LITTLE more and you won't get a bad part! The AC compressor Trade Center sold me for $109 made a horrible noise as soon as I had it installed and recharged by a certified mechanic within a week of purchase. I called this business to report it right then. The mechanic advised me to stop driving the van if possible-but I had to wait for next payday to afford a new part and be able to have the defective part pulled at the same time as installing the good part-I couldn't afford to pay 2 separate times! I did not drive the van for a month-as a result I went over the 30-day so-called "warranty," by 1 week, even though the defective part was NEVER USED, not even for ONE DAY!! Their very RUDE "manager" said that I could easily have the mechanic "lie" about not using the part! So I pointed out SHE could be reselling bad parts over and over too! DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!

Today was our second time doing business with the Trade Center within the past couple of months. Ron is great, helpful and extremely personable. Great prices on parts that are very hard to find. We will definitely patronize this business again if we need more parts. Very happy with service and prices.

Two thumbs up! I just got back from TCAV in Delta and I am really happy I went there. I spoke with Dana over the phone and she was able to tell me what they had that matched my vehicle. I'm restoring, mostly the interior, of my 1992 "Dirty Bird" (1992 Ford Thunderbird LX). Ron helped me out in the lot. Although I did not purchase the door glass I was searching for, it was good to know I could find them there. I did find a few very hard to find intact items for my interior. All the parts were ready for me to take home, down to all the various little screws nuts and bolts, in half an hour. I found them to be friendly and professional.

I plan on going back there for more parts.

The only reason this business ...

The only reason this business got 1 stars is because there is a "no" star to pick. Terrible business. Stay away unless you like being treated like carp, enjoy a lack of customer service, and kicked out for telling them so. I dealt with the self-proclaimed owner, Ricky. He had 2 used tires available for purchase. I asked him if I could see the tires before purchasing as their policy states "All sales FINAL!". He began to insult me about asking to see the tires saying "You're too picky. I don't think you need to see anything. We're a junk yard and you get what you get!!". I asked him what's up with his attitude and he told me, "You're wanting TMI about it". His deameanor, malevolent tone and disrespect for his customers are SUPERB!!!! I have visited junk yards in the past and always treated with at least some dignity, but this place has definitely ranked HIGH for the worse place ever. I wouldn't recommend Trade Center Auto Salvage to the lowest form of flea in the world. BEWARE: RUN far away

The last time I tried to do business there I drove from Moab (1:45 min drive away) and unfortunately arrived at 3:56 when they close at 4pm. They were VERY rude to me and told me I was "S**T out of luck" and to try again another day. They didn't even give me a chance to find out if they even had what I needed! I will never do business with these unhappy people!

Terrible service when a proble...

Terrible service when a problem arises. I bought a transmission from these guys. On installation we found the transmission was broken internally. We removed it and sent it back to Trade Center for inspection. They claimed the transmission was inspected before they sent it to us and has a 30 day warranty. I would say they did not inspect it at all. We drained 1 quart of old fluid out of it, found metal shavings in the pan and found the pan bolts were covered in grease and gunk that would have fallen off the bolts if any tool had been applied to them. They received the transmission and claimed that it was run without the torque converter properly installed which caused it to 'burn up'. I reminded them that we never ran the car since we found the problem with the transmission on installation and did not even complete the install. When they called me to tell me their findings I reminded them that we never ran the car (I had told them that previously also) but they still claimed that we broke it by running it. They refuse to stand behind their product and they lied about the inspection. I would recommend not buying anything from this place because they don't care if they sell broken junk and will not honor any warranty. when I spoke with them in an effort to resolve this problem they hung up on me. The have little to loose on making customers happy. They typically buy cars (or get them free) for less than $100, sell the parts for hundreds or more each so they have no substantial investment in this transmission and they could easily resolve this and keep customers happy. They just refuse to!
