Lied to me about being able to pickup my daughter's car and deliver to Seattle. Lied about giving me a refund. Basically stole $300 from me.
I called George Montclaire at North American Relocation/Fast Track Auto Carriers LLC to book my just graduated daughter's move to Seattle. They were going to move her furniture and items and her car, which has a special adaptation for her to drive (she is handicapped), and I needed it in Seattle the 2nd week of June. I paid my deposits for the move of the vehicle and the items. When the time came to get the items, they were picked up. When the time came to get the car, the company simply didn't pick it up. When I called to check, they said their truck couldn't pick up the car on time, and I would have to pay a lot more $$$ to get the car to Seattle, and even then they said they couldn't get it there on time. Dozens of phone calls. Dozens of e-mails. Time wasted. Fast Track Auto Carriers finally admitted that they couldn't get the car to Seattle. So, they promised me a refund within 3 days, and I had to find a more reputable company (and pay a rush premium) to get my daughter's car to Seattle in time for her to start her new job and graduate school. That was the first week of June. For the entire month of June, I was e-mailing and calling and getting the same information. We will refund your $300 deposit in 3 business days. In July, I turned it over to my Credit Card company to dispute the charge, since Fast Track continued to lie to me. Wells Fargo tried to get my money back, but the thieves at Fast Track wouldn't refund it, and I have e-mails from them saying they were working on it. North American Relocation and Fast Track Auto Carriers are lying, thieving grifters who should be put out of business, if not actually arrested for stealing.

Booked my move two months in advance. They missed my delivery window by 5 days (since I was moving out of state this caused HUGE issues with scheduling), while I was begging, pleading, hoping they would follow through and pick up my belongings as promised, agreed, signed and paid for, they then jacked up the price. What could I do? I was over a barrel at that point. After FINALLY completing the pickup (I did all of the leg work to stay on the moving company...North American did nothing but tell me I was bothering them and my move didn't matter) my belongings showed up with boxes crushed, furniture damaged....basically looks like they begrudgingly moved my stuff with a score to settle. Throughout the entire process they made it clear they didn't care, my move didn't matter, and the level of service was none of their concern. DO NOT USE.

I moved for the first time in US from Illinois to Florida and the move was very smooth. They didn't charge any extra amount than what was promised and also the delivery of Households was on time.

This moving service is one of the best and the customer service is very helpful in addressing all the queries. I would recommend this move for others as well.

I have nothing good to say about my experience working with this company. It took over 2 months to receive my household goods shipment, I was repeatedly lied to about where my shipment was and how long it would be until it got delivered. I was told that the cost was based on weight actually used and I would be refunded the amount my shipment was over, this was not the case and they refused to process a refund. Additionally someone that worked there offered me money to not write a bad review, I filed with BBB and was unable to reach a reasonable settlement and when I called to reopen with North American they denied my request. In addition to being lied to and ripped off, I also received items in damaged goods, the movers actually handed me individual Christmas ornaments that were loose in the truck. Many items were delivered damaged and several boxes were lost; the items that were lost are irreplaceable. I would encourage everyone to find another business as this one does not care about the customers and I have never received worse service where no one makes an effort to right the situation.

I moved a lot of very expensive items across the country and I was very worried that they would not be handled with care, however I chose North American Relocation to ship my things and I made a good choice. My things arrived safely and unharmed.

I was hesitant to work with North American Relocation at first for my long distance move to Utah, but they had an umatchable price.They have quite a few negative reviews but that is why I feel obligated to share my experience with other consumers. They have either really turned it around or only the few customers with bad experiences are writing all of the reviews because my move was WONDERFUL and more importantly- EASY.

They walked me through everything, answered every one of my 60 phone calls, and were very warm and personable.

Had a very good experience with North American Relocation. Their Sales department did a very good job of clearly explaining the process, the terms / conditions as well as the timeline. They kept in touch via phone and email to ensure that I had a good idea of what to expect. Pickup and dropoff was prompt and on time. All our stuff was delivered without any damage. The driver and all the other staff of North American that I interacted with were courteous, professional and easy to reach. I would not hesitate to use North American's services the next time I have to move.

They are charging us more than what the contract said and they won't give us a date to when we will be getting our things they say maybe on Sat. the 27th or maybe on the 28 the which is a Sunday

I originally hired North American Relocation service because they were polite and seemed professional. I should have done my research. They are just a broker and hire other movers to handle your items. They do no work and assume no responsibility when something goes wrong. They were suppose to contact me a couple days before my move date to confirm exact date and time. I had all my items packed and ready to move and no one called. I made multiple attempts to contact them. Finally I contacted the moving company they hired Integrity Van Lines) to move my items and this company was unaware of my pick up time. They had another company (E&S Moving Systems) come out the following day to pick up my items. Also I was told to get a cashiers check made out to Integrity Van lines but E&S would not accept my check. NARS the company I hired never contacted me at any point. I had to call them to check on my items to see when they would be delivered and they told me to contact Integrity Van Lines. After contacting Integrity Van Lines we set up a delivery date and when my items arrived it was a different moving company (Moving Forward) which again would not accept my cashiers check that Integrity Van lines told me to get. When the movers finally started to unload my items nothing was wrapped in moving blankets and all of my items are damaged. Over 5 thousand dollars in furniture damaged and no help form NARS or Integrity. I was told to file an insurance clam with CSI. Its been more than 4 months and still nothing. Integrity will not submit the needed paperwork to finalize the claim. No one will help you not even the so called managers. Do not use North American Relocation Services. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

All went very well considering this was my first move across the country from Florida to Southwest Michigan. It took a bit longer for the truck to arrive in Michigan but it was weather related.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst move ever. Not only did I have broken head-boards and left behind articles, I paid over $1,500 above what they quoted (estimated) for the move. I was so upset, I said ' bring my furniture' and was done with them, the money I lost was worth not ever wanting or having to deal with this company and the movers they hire again. My advice, do you do diligence and look for a moving company directly and do not use a broker. DO NOT USE A BROKER. Good luck and God bless.

STEER CLEAR! Do yourself a favor and simply find a different company. Not only are they scam artists themselves, their affiliates are just as bad, if not worse. I'll update with more later.

My experience with North American Relocation was fantastic. They were easy to schedule, quick, and careful. My new home is a split level with a curving stair and the moving team was easily able to finagle my larger pieces of furniture to exactly where I wanted. We couldn't have moved so easily without them! .. Thanks, will use them again.

Very professional and on time. Men were vey helpful and quick. Handle all items with delicacy. There were no hidden fees or additional fees added to my contract which is very good compare to other moving companies that charge for everything after the fact. NAR is the best.

We've used these good guys for 2 moves now and have never failed to be impressed. I mean: who goes through a move and then not only says "whoa that was easier/faster than I thought!" but also "that was less expensive than I thought it would be/their quote"? I seriously recall telling people at work that I felt like we'd found some hidden treasure. Great job!

My move with North American Relocation was awesome! I am really impressed. They were a little late due to traffic (called to notify me) but came right in and got to work. Three guys and a truck. Each one of them had a role and they worked so efficiently together. They asked questions and were very professional from start to finish. They finished the entire move in 3.5 hours, less than I thought it would be and they dissembled everything and reassembled it perfectly. Thanks.

We reserved two men and a truck. They showed up on time and ready to go. They actually worked faster than I expected, were very friendly, and did a really good job. They were very considerate of our items and finished right on time. Based on the quality and friendliness of their staff I wouldn't hesitate to use North American Relocation again. The fact that they were also the lowest quote of any company we contacted was icing on the cake. Highly recommended.
