THIS DEALER IS 100% A FRAUD I called this dealer for my dads Mercedes E350 for a new key to be made, spoke with parts the sent me to service, spoke with Evon (service consultant) and he told me I had to tow the car in. I had the car towed there on a Wednesday, didn't hear from him till the following Monday with no updates but that they were going to look at it that day. He (Evon) called me the next day to tell me that I could not simply just get a new key, it would need a new steering column and a new ignition module for the car to turn on plus the new key. All of this would cost a bit over $3000. I told him I would just like to pick the car up as I am not willing to shell out that kind of money. At this point he proceeded to tell me that the diagnostic fee was $174 to pick the car up. I told him I refuse to pay that as he never advised me regarding this fee prior to performing it after a while of going back and fourth and Evon refusing to release the car without paying for absolutely nothing, I told him I would like to speak to a manager. At this point he agreed to remove the fee and told me I can pick up the car.The next day I went to West Palm Beach Mercedes and paid $252 at the counter for a new key, the key arrived 2 days later and I had the car towed from Delray Mercedes to West Palm Mercedes and they programed my key and I drove off the lot with the car without any issues at all. The car didn't need any of the B.S items Evon tried to charge me for. I called to speak to the GM but was unsuccessful as well as the service manager. I'm filing this complaint on every review/ complaint outlet possible. STAY AWAY FROM DELRAY MERCEDES, THEY ARE A FRAUD and THIS IS MY PROOF.
These guys are way above your average service advisers. "AJ" Stefanic and Tim Reid are top notch professionals!!! Their teamwork makes having a service visit much more efficient. When they see a customer waiting they don't keep you waiting. They jump in an help you. Awesome team.
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Bob and Eric. After leaving another unnamed Acura dealership in broward. I called Delray Acura and was transferred to Bob. I explained what happened to me at the other dealership and what vehicle we were looking fore. With a few calls back and forth in less than 1 hour had me a vehicle from another facility. By far the quickest and BEST experience at a dealership. Bob put us with Eric to facilitate the deal. Couldn’t ask to me setup with a sales consultant. These are just great people. If your your in the market for a Acura this is the facility and the people you want to see.

Nobody enjoys buying a car. It is up there with going to the dentist . I must say that my experience with Ron Kirsch and the Delray Acura team was a pleasant surprise. It was relatively painless and Ron was an outstanding salesperson. He didn't waste time and we shared some great Star Trek stories while I was waiting. I will definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future.

I purchased a 2016 New Honda Accord Sport Seden on June 4, 2016 from Delray Honda. Past purchases from other dealers had made me terrified, rather even traumatized, of entering a car dealership. I relayed my fears and needs to Salesman Mark Melnick, Internet Director Jason Hopkins, and General Sales Manager Al Benjamin. They promised that my out the door cost as quoted via email would be honored, and that I would not be harassed about extraneous contracts and warranties, which was a fear of mine.
