I would NOT recommend this company based on my recent experience with them. They closed our brand new above ground pool for the winter. Within a day, we noticed the pool cover was getting lower and lower into the pool so suspected a leak. We called Riverton to come out and check. They did and found nothing wrong in their limited research. They told us to call the pool installation company so we did.
That company removed the cover completely and eventually found a 2-3 inch rip in the liner where the "wedding cake ladder" was. They explained, if not removed carefully, because the ladder is heavy, it may scrape the liner and could tear it. They patched the tear and recovered the pool and billed me accordingly.
I called Riverton to reimburse me for the expense. They refused saying they were "confident" it was not their fault.
Seriously?! My pool was not leaking before it was covered, there is a tear where the ladder was removed, yet they claim it was not their fault.
I will never recommend a company that will not stand behind their work.
