Horrible customer service. I called because of a neighbor's complaint and the woman I talked to didn't know anything and kept telling me it was no big deal. After I gave the information that was needed my fiance talked to her and she told him the complaint was for a white and black dog. She did not know anything about the complaint or color of the dog until I had spoken with her. She was very rude and I would never work with them.
This is a HORRIBLE place for animals he needs shut down period .. This man is rude & ignorant..I personally never dealt with him but a few friends of mine have they said he is very unprofessional and he has no HEART for animals he put healthy dogs including puppies ... He don't give a chance to these animals this man should be shut down period and he needs to be euthanized the heartless POS
They don't deserve any stars, the place is terrible. He enjoys putting pups down when he knows the owner and/or rescue want the pup. I've been told by Mrs. Hoffman, our rescue would be called if no owner claims a pup but they don't call, they put the pup down. Horrible people!
RUDE! I was told a different animal control officer to call when my dog went missing. Finally, a week later someone told me to call him. Immediately called and was laughed at for calling passed a couple days of her being missing. Said, "I wouldn't have her that long" Upon trying to explain what she looked like with a few very noticeable features (trying to ease my mind of her NOT have been there) he quickly and uncaringly said he wasn't sure but didn't remember picking up any dogs like that. Short, cold, uncaring. How can this person be involved with animals??
My beagle jumped our fence last night. A concerned motorist picked up the dog and took him to the Murrysville police, who called this guy. I called the police who told me to contact him. I talked to him about 9:00, but didn't have my dogs' license, he told me to come back when I had it. When my wife got home at midnight, she called and left a message on the answering machine (because she was worried about the dog).
My wife and I just went up their, admittedly on the weekend (non-business hours) to see if we could pay the fine and pick up the dog. The owner, Gary, was very rude, and said because my wife called at midnight, we couldn't get the dog until Monday. Very rude, very uncaring... I'm going to do everything in my power to see that his contract isn't renewed.
