Amanda Plumbing Sewer & Drain

We called them to repair our hot water heater 5 months ago they sent out someone to fix it. They said that they fixed it but it still did not work. After a one and a half hour phone call the said they would look at it again and not charge us for the labor. They than told us they put the wrong part on, and we would have to wait for the other part to come in which was another two days without hot water. A week ago we called them on a Saturday because our main drain was backed up they sent someone out and the cleaned it out (total cost was $204). Thursday night (5 days later) our drain was once again backed up. Friday afternoon we called them and they said someone would be out in 15 min after 30 min we called them several times with no answer. After an hour after they were suppose to be out to our house we finial got a hold of someone they said that they would get a hold of the person who was suppose to come out. Two and a half hours after they said they would be out they called and said the plumber that was suppose to be at our house was at the bar drunk and no one else could come out. The than told us they would send someone out first thing Saturday morning and we would not have to pay for the over time but we would still have to pay for a job that was not done probably the first time. unless of course our Acer platanoides or our gigo biloba can grow roots in five days

My garbage disposal crapped out about a week before I decided to call a plumber. With a 3 minute call I had an experienced technician coming within a day. He was very polite and was very sure not to disturb my home. He went right to it and it took him less than a half hour to finish the job. He showed me techniques to do in the future to prevent having to pay to have a plumber come out again, even though i wouldn't mind at all as long as I called Amanda Plumbing. Cheap, fast, and quality work, don't take a gamble with any other plumbing company when you can have Amanda Plumbing do the job.
