lousy service. i will not be back. they were friendly and helpful until they had my money, then Dr. Jekyl turned into Mr. Hyde and they would not lift a finger to help me, implied that I was on my own and that the manufacturer wouldn't help me either. Then, the manufacturer quickly dismissed this and went the extra mile for me to fix the problem that was there all along when I took possession of my trailer from Foster Brothers. With their brazen approach to treating customers, I will be surprised if they survive in business much longer. There are lots of great places to buy boats and trailers, where they understand the concept of post-sale support and long term customer relationships. If they had invested another 15 minutes in helping me, they may have had a customer for life. What a shame.
