        Overall

        My uncle passed away last month and we used this funeral home. All I can say is that they were so helpful. They even went as far as sending us and email letting us know things to bring in that would speed up the process. The mortuary even made a phone call during the week to see how we were doing. All I can say is that that if we ever have another death in our family, the first mortuary that we will think of is Delano Mortuary. Thanks for caring.

        Horrible service

        When a family is in mourning you think they would be more compassionate, caring, and understanding!!!! They only have packages you can choose from with things you don't even want or need, then they only allow certain things on the obituary that they provide n then misspell their own poem!!! And won't reprint without an extra fee!!! Among other things the whole experience was horrible for a family who just lost a loved one to go through!!! Not recommended!!!! Rated one star cause a rating is required.
