Worst Experience Ever! Went to this location, questioned if the were capable of doing Seat Covers for an automobile. Was told Ruthy is who we had to see. It took Ruthy months to get the project done. At one point we complained to the owner Jerry, explained that Ruthy kept messing up. His respone.... "what do you want your F*!$king money back!" We just wanted the covers to be done correctly! Finally, today after 2 months of going back and forth... I arrived to pick up the last of the covers. I get home, 1 is wrong, I shoot back down to deland and she fixes them. Get to the next seat, another one is wrong. Send my wife back in the next morning. Asked Ruth to fix it,she did quickly but in the wrong color thread. At his point, wife is on the phone with me and speaking to Jerry (the owner in person) . She tells Jerry that another piece is messed up (he asked who did it, she said Ruthy and he said that is the problem), he gets rude with my wife and tells her that he doesn't want our business and not to come back! Doesn't want our business??? We've spent close to $800 cash on this project alone! She explains to Jerry that she just wants the new stitching fixed. Jerry proceeds to reach into his pocket, throws 4 twenty dollar bills at her and tells her not to come back! As a business owner I am appalled by the way Jerry treats his customers. If you want poor workmanship and terrible customer service Hunt's is definitely the place to go! *** Tip to Mr. Jerry, A. if your worker is not capable of taking on a task, DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM. B. If your worker messes up a job, its your job to make it right! That does not include screaming at the people who put the food on your plate. C. your workers should take pride in their work, not slap pieces together then call because they need beer money!
