I went here with my family about a week ago, we went to go see fist fight. We had four boys with us ( Ages 13-19) I was informed at the ticket counter I would have to show my ID to get in which I was fine with. I showed the ID twice and sent three of the boys in and told the guy who was ripping our tickets that I was waiting for two more people. As I was outside the boys came outside to inform me they had been kicked out and I had to go show my ID again, I then went inside to show my ID once more so they could find a seat as the theater was filling up fast, The manager came over and asked if I was going into the movie I said yes but as I had explained three times now I was waiting for two more people, He said the boys cant go in if your not going in. I was at this point starting to get upset, I said fine we will wait outside, as I turned to go back and wait he raised his voice and told me I would need to show my ID. I told him not to raise his voice at me and I will show it when I go in. The other part of our party showed up and we went back inside. Mt husband had to use the restroom and I said you will need your ticket and the teenage worker at the door yelled yes he will.... I went to her and showed my ID once again and she was saying it was upside down, I turned it over and put it up and she got hysterical and started yelling at the manager. my husband came out for me to give him his ticket, the manager came over to me and said I was rude to her and that was unacceptable. I was very upset at this point I have never had a bad experience coming here, we come to this place probably twice a week and even tho its dollar movies I still paid for tickets and expected to be treated with respect and not have to be kicked out and show my ID over 6 times when I didn't see one other person being asked for theirs.. The manager Steve was one of the rudest managers I have ever spoken with and after showing my ID at least to two people I would have expected a different outcome. Will I go to this establishment again I don't know for sure. It has gone down hill and as a parent and paying customer I was highly disappointed to be treat disrespectfully by the manager and a teenage employee. There should be better training and treat every customer the same, not separate certain customers. This is unacceptable.
