James Wheeler stayed after hours to make sure we knew again where every thing was on the car before we drove home. He treated us like family. I wanted to post a review for this company due to the care and compassion this salesman showed our family. The price of the car was also a good deal compared to what is out there. We couldn't have asked for more and we really appreciated and feel luck he was working there. He worked very hard to get us exactly what we asked him for. We would buy from him there again in the future if we ever need a new car in the future.

Purchased a vehicle from them and bought the service package from them based on the salesman's pitch. Before I purchased it I asked the sales guy if it was transferable because I knew I was moving out of state in two weeks. I was told that it was. Well that was a flat out lie, I did not find out that it wasn't transferable until I went to use it about 6 months after I bought the car. When I contacted the dealership about it, it took my like 3 calls to get anyone that could help on the phone, once I did they said to email them a form and they would take care of it. They never responded back to the email I sent so I tried calling them again to verify that the cancellation had been done. When I finally got a hold of the person who was suppose to be handling it, he said he would verify it with the warranty company and get back to me. He, of course, never did. To date, I still have no clue if this has been handled or if they refunded the entire amount of my contract. I am tired of calling them and trying to play nice, maybe all the bad reviews I leave them might prompt them to action. This dealership has been awful in their handling of this entire situation. If you deal with them, you better check everything they tell you before you sign anything.

They had my car for 5 days, didn't offer a rental, didn't fix my car, sent me away with a fog light out and headlights malfunctioning and charged $110 to "diagnose the problem", so I brought it to another mechanic who instantly knew how to diagnose it but sent me to another dealership because only the dealership can reset the module. I expressed how severe and dangerous this issue and was patient enough to leave it for 5 days at Starling, but they refused to fix it. I left 2 messages for the manager and he never called me back. Another dealership is currently fixing the issue. That is not service and it negligent, unprofessional, and it is clear Starling couldn't care less about the safety of their customers, nor do they want repeat customers.
