My experience was over the top AMAZING! The driver picked me up from the dealership because my car which had just reached 15,000 miles broke down. He was very courteous, personable and professional. Upon entering the Enterprise office, I discovered that the service provided by the driver is the standard given by all the staff. They expedited the rental process so that I could reach a scheduled appointment on time.I highly recommend this Enterprise for anyone who desires to rent a vehicle even if it is not close to where you are.
Reserved a rental 5 days in advance for 400pm, got there at 350pm didnt recieve the rental until almost 450pm. Once i got the rental it was dead on empty on gas, was worried if id even make it to a gas station. Got gas to fill up was right at 40.00 dollars, only used 1/4 of that gas wasnt even offered and adjustment on the rental...i used to be a frequent renter from this establishment, thinking of renting else where from my monthly rentals.
I just purchased my second vehicle from Charles at Primecar. I am so happy and pleased with my second purchase and have to say they make me feel like family and I look forward to my next purchase with them . The process is smooth and easy . I got emotional speaking with Charles reminiscing my first purchase when my credit was not good at all . It meant a lot to me that they treated me with professionalism and got me into the car of my dreams 4 years ago . I never forgot what they did and how much it meant to me . My credit plumished since then and I decided to go back to the one company that believed in me and took a chance . Today I drove home with a beautiful 2016 SUV and nothing made me happier then to re visit my extended family at Primecar! Thank you Charles, Daniel and Jeff ! On March 30,2016 I purchased a 2003 Pontiac Aztec with a 30 day warranty I took the car to the Mazda dealership and had them to put it on a diagnostic test some of the codes that came up through there systems as follows( Cadillac converter, Ignition switch, Transmission, Engine, etc) less than 24 hours I took the vehicle back and I informed the gentlemen of the issues. I asked can I please get my money back as I have not had the car a full 24 hours and this car is about to fall apart. The gentleman states I will not give you your money back I can see if I can put you in another car. I told the gentleman I dont want another car can I have my money back he stated No. (I was really scammed). (So I am leaving the car lot without a vehicle) Scam car lot not good business for NO ONE
They are liars. They are only opened 9 to 5 m_f and till 1 saturday. We picked out a chevy blazer on wednesday, car needed jump and had a huge puddle on floor in front seat. The car was for my daughter wgo works 9 to 5:30. He wouldnt wait the extra half hour and was told to come back saturday. We wanted to leave a deposit to hold the car and was told several times over the next few days not necessary it will be here Saturday. Called several times friday to get vin for insurance and was told he was with a client. Went there at 4:30 friday car moved closest to door, went inside and was told come back saturday. Went there saturday they sold the car. No sorry or anything. Tried to get us to look at the rest of the junk cars they sell and left. Went down the street to Prime Cars got a 100% better car and excellent service. Car city keep your heeps of junk. Lesson learned.Vinny c.
I am regrettably on of the people who should've read the reviews first. I purchased a 99 Ford E250 from Car City and have had so many problems with this vehicle. When I asked The owner what could be done he told me to f-myself and proceeded to yell at me. This purchase has been a burden to my business and finances. The owner is abusive, unethical and greedy. Please heed my mistake and do what Michael P. did and refuse to give this man your business. There are better people out there.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I went there to look at vehicles and the owner approached me and introduced himself. He told me he can't keep track of the mileage on all the vehicles so the only way to know is to start them. I walked around and narrowed my choices to 6, he told me that he isn't going to start half a dozen cars for me and that I could start two. These employees are rude, lazy and arrogant and there are many other places in the area who will actually try to earn your money. Read the other reviews about this place and you'll see that this is a common experience. Save your time and your money and don't give this place your business.
