Terribly rude, over priced.My friend got a price of $30 from dekalb to union station, over an hour drive, and I was told $80 for a 40 minute drive to elgin. Took an Uber for $39 instead.

Prices are ridiculous. They want $14 for two miles total since they charge a flat rate, and $10 for a grocery store pickup. Out of Dekalb is $10 flat rate one way
They have recently added a new vehicle and do local rides as well as train rides.
Decab Taxi is unreliable they only pick up customers going and coming to the Elburn Train Station. If you call for a ride going anywhere in Dekalb they will say they are only going to Elburn and can't do pick ups and drop off for Dekalb. The prices started off decent at $5.00 and now went up and are very over priced.
