I tried to be understanding. My first order was fine nothing special. I thought I will give them a 2nd chance. We ordered pan fried dumplings only to get them with a burnt flavor. I went to my main dish to find that there were onions in my order. I said please no onions I'm allergic. Also the vegetables were freezer burnt. I called the location to let them know what happened but they refused to come out with a replacement order. I was offered a credit though. Today when I tried to use my credit I was hassled and told he was doing me a favor. I questioned what he meant. I was offered the small size of my original order and refused to replace my other dish. I will not give this location my time or money again. There are many Chinese restaurants near by. As a business owner I would think every loyal customer is valuable. Guess this owner is independently wealthy to not need quality food and a large customer base
I have ordered food from them a long time but they must have hired a new Chef because the food is not good. It's not even part way to where it was. Please change Chefs.
First time here, looking for a good Chinese food since a long long time! I really liked the service, kind lady , the food get ready quick, I ordered basic for trying... Beef lo mein, fried rice, Szechuan beef, all tasty, just how I like it! It is perfect! Thank you! I will be back for sure!!
Great place to eat..the Asian buffet down the street has been sited and closed for being dirty but this place always has good marks with health inspections..is clean, good food, and fast friendly service. Been coming here for many years and always a nice fast place to fill up on good food. A lot of other places in the area are dirty because they depend on tourist business and don't care about reputation ..this place has a good reputation for fast clean food and a cheap price.
We tried this new Chinese place in Deerfield Beach recently. After having tried almost all the other ones close to us and having been terribly disappointed, we were pleasantly surprised that these guys are pretty darn good! We tried 4 different dishes (2 were combos) and they were all very tasty. The spring rolls were nice and light and crispy. The only thing I personally wasn't super impressed with was the hot & sour soup, the seamen oil was just a little over powering. That said I will order it again however because they are the only ones around here who have an idea of how to make it lol.We will definitely be back!
I ordered food on a Thursday nite and the ribs were rotten rice was burnt. So I called to complain and they had the BALLS to say that the ribs were freshly made on Tuesday !!!!
sumo is the best sushi in South Florida
Great view from high top tables on deck.
Great sushi at amazing prices. After coming here for the first time, I refuse to go anywhere else for my sushi. All the sauces are homemade, and the fish is always fresh! Best sushi in town!
One of the worst experiences of my life! I took my children to this place for lunch this weekend. We got there right after they opened and I was so surprised that we were the only customers. It looked like it had been remodeled and under new management, but there was a sign outside indicating that the price had dropped for the buffet. It was very dark inside and not clean. Our table was dirty, even though the place had only opened 10 minutes prior to arriving. We went to serve our plates and I noticed that some of the food looked left over, like it had been sitting out for a while. I expected it to be fresh since they only opened at 11:30. Then when we sat down to eat, the food was cold, like it had been refrigerated and then just placed on the hot table to warm up. I was so disappointed. I was unable to locate the waitress even though there were only about 5 other people in the place. She came over and laid the bill on the table and never even offered us any more drinks or asked how was everything. I mentioned to her that the food was cold and she told me "Maybe you no come back next time" and asked if I was ready to pay. I got up from the table and went to speak to the manager of the restaurant and it turns out that the waitress is the owner's wife. The two of them began yelling at me and telling me to pay for the food and to get out of the restaurant or they were going to call the police. I told them I was going to call the health department and report them and that it was fine with me if the police came, because they had no right to speak to me that way. They did nothing to make the situation right and continued to yell at me, a couple of things they said in Japanese, and I walked out. I think this place will probably be closed soon, but I hope that no one gets treated the way that I did, in front of my children and that no one gets sick from eating food that has not been prepared properly.
