        Gosh was I impressed with this company. When I called on Sunday, Bob the owner answered the phone, I told him the issue I was having which I believed to be a spring issue, he asked me to take a picture and send it via text to him. He called me immediately he received my pictures and confirmed that it was a broken spring. He told me the price and what to expect plus bumped me up to the first client of the following day starting at 7:30am.

        The day of the service, Shawn my service tech called me to let me know where he was and how long it would take to get to my place. Shawn was very pleasant, he explained what he was to do and got right to work. After he was done he told me to expect to replace my motor in the next year or so but he didn't try to push me to change it right away. Believe me I'll be calling this company as soon as the motor fails. They've earned a customer and all the referrals I can give. Very impressed
