They put the wrong size liner in the chimney on 8/24/2017. My parents are elderly and did not know any better. The house filled up with smoke and caused lots of damage inside. The owner was difficult to get a hold of and he was sent pictures. We had to pull the liner ourselves and I had to put out our own money for the cleaning expense. He promised to send a check since last December and it is now March of 2018 and he will not answer any calls or emails.
