I gave Sears one star, I give my technician 10 stars. Sears completely let me down, I was without a washing machine for close to two months. The follow appointment was set, and the technician never showed up. The solution that Sears had for me was to wait another 18 days, because that was their very first available appointment. When the technician came, there was a part missing, again, Sears wanted me wait another 12 days. It turns out that the technician took it upon himself to go out and get the part, and also get another technician to come with him at 5:30 PM the day before the big storm, and they were there until 7:30 PM, and then had to return the next day, when the belt broke, and again they were there into the early evening. My technician, went above and beyond the call of duty, when Sears kept repeating “I’m sorry ma’am, that’s the soonest we have.”
Even though their technician blew me off, kept me waiting all day, the soonest they had to reschedule my appointment was 18 days.

If I could give my technician 10 stars, I would, because he saved the day. The Sears Corporation is so far removed, and does not have enough technicians to service things in a timely fashion.

We've had the Sears repair team three times. Each time the work was done; none of the repairs solved the problem. Each time it was different technician with a different idea as to the problem. They were courteous, on time, and apparently knowledgeable. Just didn't fix the problem!

Our repairman was exceptional in his knowledge of the treadmill and his attention to our needs. He called beforehand to provide us with an estimated time of arrival, and he kept his promise. He was professional in his demeanor as well, and made us feel as if our satisfaction was his primary concern!
