Excellent Dental

Not the right place for children. The company has the policy that no parent may stay in the room with their child while they are undergoing any type of treatment. Parents may only be in the room during the numbing shots then are asked to wait in the waiting room. This company policy is not verbally told to the parent while discussion is made for the treatment plan.

I was very disappointed that there was not compassion showed today toward the needs of my daughter. this was her first time needing any fillings and I requested to stay with her. The dentist, would not allow it at all if I didn't leave he would not go further with treatment. This type of mind set is not what is best for any child. I did not allow treatment to proceed and we left. My family will be changing to a more compassionate dental practice. Customer service should be extremely important in a dental practice and especially one with the name of Excellent Dental.
