        We built a house with Stoney River Homes just over 2 years ago, and enjoyed working with them throughout the process. They are very nice people and enjoyable to work with. The only challenge we had was that our porch floor was damaged due to water not running off after 2 years, which is why I am giving them 4 stars. They offered to repair the damage though, which they had no obligation to do. I very much appreciate that, and would overall recommend them. We love our house, and think that it's of very high quality overall.

        Quality Builder - Easy to Work With

        Stoney River was great throughout the entire building process -- answered all questions, attention to detail, great customer service - we got to work with their decorator to personalize our home. Also, the house came with a great warranty.
