Spanish Trace East Apartments

I signed my lease 6/2/16 a day late and when I went to move in 6/8/16 my 2 bedroom apartment had someone else's belongings in it. Darrius Fuller in the leasing office said office staff had given my key to someone else. Darrius Fuller said we couldn't get our money back for anything and acted a complete fool in front of Dekalb county police. Sharon Love ( Area manager who answered the telephone when we told the leasing office some one else's belongings were in our apartment) was no where to be found. It's been over a month now and I haven't received my refund for my deposit or the refund for my first months rent. I've received documentation saying I will receive a refund but nothing yet.
I don't recommend this complex to anyone. Everyone should stay away.
