My child was seen here for almost a year. During that time, i became absolutely astonished at the incompetence of the doctors and the sheer and utter rudeness of the front desk staff. Towards the end of my child being a patient there, he came down with conjunctivitis which turned into a sinus infection. We were back and fourth to the doctor six times. Each time they merely prescribed antibiotics and barely examined him. I’m sure this is part of the reason he as sick for so long. When making the fourth visit appointment, the front desk staff hung up on me repeatedly. When I brought him for a fever, the nurse didn’t even take his temperature. Upon seeing a specialist, he mentioned any primary care physician should’ve been able to treat this understanding it didn’t require antibiotics because it is viral not bacterial. Highly encourage you to take your kids elsewhere, if for nothing other than the service is absolutely terrible and the doctors do not have a clue.

In all of my years, I've never encountered a staff that was more disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. On a number of occasions, I've contacted the office only to be hung up on rudely. During one office visit, the woman gave me the billing details and specific treatment information for a patient not within my household, violating all kinds of privacy laws. On another, when I was billed incorrectly, the staff was not astute enough to process the refund. I had to keep calling and wait for the accountant. It took three of them 20 minutes of attempting to process a credit card refund to no avail. Your money and time are much better spent elsewhere.
