This practice is extremely inefficient. I have made 4 different appointments just to see a doctor. In the first appointment, I drove the hour distance only to be told that the doctor called out. The secretary said she left me a message-which somehow both I AND my phone seemed to have no record of. I drove the hour back home and tried to reach the office manager who refused to pass the message to the partner of the practice. On the next visit, they gave me a physician's assistant who didn't know crucial answers and had to ask the doctors when they were in the next day. This is an inefficiently run practice. A patient's time is just as precious as the doctor's.

Dr. Hanson is both professional and caring with patients and I was very happy with the skin examination she did. Half of the office is for medical issues the other half is for cosmetics if you need a facial or professional skin care products.

I've been going here for years. It's convenient, appointments are easily made, and the doctor I see (Dr.Stonecipher) has always had a gentle touch when it comes to having areas removed. If you are looking for a good dermatologist, I would recommend him.
