Apparently I grew a third eye while I was at my appt. First, the lady messed up & charged me $89.50/each for 3 lenses. Got home & reviewed the receipt & noticed there were also 2 charges titled "exam" for $52.00. Went back to store. Lady kept apologizing & blaming the system for overcharging me on the 3rd lense. She flat out lied & said that the 2nd $52.00 charge was a fitting fee for the contacts I also ordered & the receipt was just "labeled wrong". Day before yesterday I get a call from the vision center. They now admit they double charged me for the exam & owe me $52.00. I was overcharged $141.50 overall. All I can say is if you are going to choose to use this vision center you better watch them like a hawk & get a manager involved if anything just doesn't sound right. The lady was very apologetic but had she done her job correctly in the first place we never would've went through all the hassle. I'm not so sure I'll be using Wal-Mart Vision in the future, def not here!!
I just called to make a appointment and the rude lady that answered literally told me "your going to have to get your insurance information together then call back" and hung up. Didn't give me a chance to speak. I will make sure, even if I go 50 miles out of the way, that I don't go here again.
