The machines scratched the entire top from the roof of my trunk. I know they're not responsible but when I tried to just notify the manager they brushed it off. At least adjust the machines or something to prevent it from causing serious damage to someone else's
Best in the industry! Very Professional and always on time. I have been using them for 5 years and recommend them to anyone and everyone
Paid $300 for srvcs Oct. 2013. They came to my aunt’s home in Atl. They discolored my leather seat and Jake stated he would repair. I live in South GA. Via email Jake agreed to repair when I returned to the Atl area. We scheduled for Dec. 2013. I waited for an hour, no one showed up. Called Jake, he stated the person called in sick. Rescheduled for the next day. The next day, no show again. I called Jake. He stated he had to fire that person. He told me to get the seat repaired & send a bill. I sent an estimate, & never heard back from Jake.I took Jake Franco to Fulton County Magistrate Court in September 2014 and won my case despite the fact that the registered agent & attorney is Jake's father, Lenny Franco. To date, I have not received payment despite numerous attempts.Attached is a link to the court case:https://publicrecordsaccess.fultoncountyga.gov/Portal/Smart Search - Advanced Search Options: Court Location: Magistrate Court, Search By: Case Number, Case Number 14MS004176
Swifty does not offer any of the services(windshield repair, interior cleaning of your car) mentioned in the earlier review. I went there today and bought a emissions test for $19.95, and received two free $14 car washes. One for now and code to use the second one. While the tech did the emissions I was able to vacuum out my car for free, and the whole process only took 15 minutes! Also I was very surprised by how shiny my car came out.
This Car Wash is awful. Don't go here if you want a clean car...the service is horrible and the owner is terrible at customer service. If you want a clean car , I don't recommend this place.
Don't use Sud Studs if you want a full detail (meaning full detail). I was charged $600 and ended up paying over $400 for a marine service in which this company didn't turn on their buffer one time (based on witnesses to my job). After confronting the owner, a repair job was attempted, but no further detailing progress was made and I ended up having to pay 2-3x what I would have paid for an equivalent Mr. Clean detailing generic cleaning job. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone to use this company as they not only don't perform the job described, but also bully you into payment prior to verifying the job performed. Please feel free to private message me for additional details.Cheers,- J
