This was ultimately the worst housing experience I've ever had. The staff us extremely unprofessional. The only way I could speak with anyone about the condition of the property was via text message. The company did no repairs to the 60 year old home. I have never lived in such deplorable conditions. The agency took my to court a total of 4 timessage with a no show on 2 separate occasions. If you are accustomed to paying your rent and the landlord makes the necessary repairs, don't move into any property owned by this company. This was the worst experience I've ever had.... never again.
Highly recommend - honest, helpful, kind, & affordable. A car rental co is around the corner & they work together so I've got a car.
Bought a car from Nalley - and they are really helpful on all aspects of buying, owning and servicing your car. I have gone back to Nalley for service and they always do the simple nice things without charging (washing the car, putting wiper blades on etc etc)
I had a flat tire on the road that could not be inflated. I called AAA first to have them put on my spare. While I was waiting on them, I called Nalley Infiniti Service and Lisa Read told me to bring my car in when I got the spare put on. When I finally got to Nalley, Lisa had a loaner available for me since it was at the end of the day. Such a comfort to have Nalley Service manager just a call away to help me solve my car problems!!
Ashley was very thorough in explaining what was included in the service that I received. He was very professional. I love going to this dealership. Never have a problem when I need a loaner car.
Lisa Read is great as always. She gets me in and out and if it will take longer, lets me know up front to ensure I have a loaner ready. I can't see working with anyone else.
I hate to leave reviews like this, but my 1st time experience at this dealership was very disappointing. I just picked up my car tonight, they had my car for 15 days to look at two problems. I'm not sure why it took this long. I first was told a little over a week ago that my car was ready and when I got there to pick it up it still had the problems. I left the car for the additional time to give them a second try at it. I was called a few days later to be advised that they were going to do a code update for my transmission ($70) and if that did not work they were advising a $9000 transmission replacement!! My problem is that they did not know if a $70 fix was going to cure my problem so why would I feel comfortable that the next step was a $9000 repair if they were not sure except that their thinking was replacing the whole transmission would take care of the problem! WHAT THE FRICK!!! I advised then to do the software update only for me. I was called two days ago and told that software update did not resolve my problem so I went in to pick up my car. Now my car is operating horribly, Different warning lights are now showing up on startup that were not there before they did the update, I'm very upset about this. I have been buying BMWs since 1985 and had been getting service at another dealer which is quite a distance from us now. We were trying get a closer dealer for convenience, what a mistake!!
I just purchased my second 7-series from Nalley. I bought a pre-owned 750i from Nalley in 2009, and this month bought a new 740i. I bought both of my cars from Marcus Mullins. Marcus is a true pro, and I completely respect his professionalism and honesty through the purchasing process. I feel like Nalley really bent over backwards on pricing and terms to win my repeat business. I'm looking forward to working with the Nalley service team through the warranty period. Did I mention that Marcus is a true pro?? Give him a call!
It's been a couple of weeks since we purchased our 2016 X3 and we couldn't be happier! Steven Leesang was so knowledgeable about everything to do with BMW - all of the different models and options, and was so enthusiastic the entire time! We traded in our GLK 350, but had no complaints the entire time we had the car. But Steven was able to convert us over to the BMW-following, and there's no looking back for us! I definitely recommend Steven if you are looking to upgrade from your current car or just looking to learn more about BMW! Thanks again, Steven!!!
After a not so great experience at another dealership, Nalley BWM was a breath of fresh air! Chris Y. was an absolute pleasure to do business with, during and after I bought my vehicle.
