This place used to be good few years ago but I've only had bad experiences last couple of years. They always try to charge you more for the services you don't need and customer service is terrible!
Simply the worst experience ever, I purchased a Nissan Armada from them which they had used for six months themselves. I arrived at 1.00 PM and was still trying to leave at 6.00 PM. and I was paying cash! When their system was down I told them I would mail them by cashier’s sent by 1st class mail which required a signature. Some 10 days later when I arrived to collect the car they swore blind they had not received the cahier’s check. They demanded a personal check which I guess they checked with Suntrust to reserve funds. . As they said the cashier’s check had not arrived, it meant that I had to drive 60 miles to the nearest SunTrust Bank to try and get my money back. SunTrust told me they required a document signed and notarized by Nalley Nissan before they would credit the cash back to my account. I duly drove another 40 miles to Nalley Nissan to be told that no one was available to notarize the document before driving 90 miles home. Now to the best bit, I get a threatening phone call from a very rude guy by the name of David Robins at around 5.00 PM on none other than Memorial Day disturbing me while at a gathering of VETS and he stated me that I owed $3,000.00 and warned me that I only had until 7.00 PM to phone them back. Would you want this jerk as an interface with your customers?. As it transpires they had banked the cashier’s check they swore blind they had not received and had left my personal check lying around in the office for some clown to bank. As to an apology for demanding the $3,000.00 deposit when it had already been paid, you have to be joking. The ineptitude of these blithering idiots leaves me speechless, I am of the opinion that the finance department would have difficulty in getting drunk in a brewery! Am I going back to get the car serviced??? Am I going back to replace the wife’s car??? You only get to insult the customer once!
I was lied to about the repairs needed. After diagnosis, was told I would absolutely need $1000 in repairs, went somewhere else to find out the necessary repair was actually only $70. Completely felt taken advantage of. Will definitely not be returning, and strongly encourage you to stay away from this place. They're the epitome of a shady mechanic, I'm very disappointed.
Talked to owner. Needed water pump replaced. Asked to bring in on a thurs. And told him he could have it fri as well. He agreed. Thursday I show up. It's his birthday so he isn't there! Friday drop off truck 9am. I call back 4 pm. Still not done. Call back at 6pm. He says shop is closed we tried to call me. I check phone, he never called! Sat 8:45 I call. He say, can't talk call you soon. 9:45 can't get a hold of him. 10am I show up at shop. Truck is just coming off the lift. They say oh we were just keeping it in the shop for safe keeping.Week goes by truck is leaking antifreeze where pump meets the housing.Call shop they deny rushing the job and they blame the gasket.I know these guys are liars and they rushed this job and won't own up to it!These guys are crooks and liars!

I suppose I should be mad that a battery installed November, 2016, would be declared defunct in June, 2017. But not when LexTechs replaced it free of charge on warranty. Nice job, guys--always fair, professional, and trustworthy. That's why I remain a repeat customer.
I Am a Auto Dealer looking for a Trustworthy shop and this was not it, this was the worst decision I've made in a long time. They had my car for 1.5 Days and rendered no service. When I was fed up with calling and waiting I went to the shop and asked for my car back. Victor lied and said we just checked your and we tested a whole bunch of stuff "they touched Nothing" Also lied about his pricing! People you have been warned. To top it off Victor made a statement that TRUMP was his hero. That speaks for itself for those who it applies to. Spend your POWER elsewhere!
Took my sons truck here for tires. first the wrong tires were installed. after getting the correct tires on two lug nuts broken and told alignment not done due to front end parts needing replaced, went to another location and had alignment done. one tire went flat every other day and here after four trips to two different NTB tire centers I am done! do not use NTB for any automotive services you will be disappointed and waste alot of time.
Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. After replacing a fuel pump, then a timing belt and alternator, I brought my car to advance auto tech to find out I needed a engine. Engine was ordered car was up and running in two days.
