I saw they had a special on hair for the Holidays and plus my friend recommended this hair company but today is the 27th of December and I placed an order on Monday the 18 and I still haven’t received any hair. I’ve tried to call..dm..and email and I still haven’t received a response yet the company is still making posts on their Instagram account.
The hair is worst than their service!I was advised to get my hair done by Jacory of Traces Of Fiji. Unfortunately I was advised wrong. He used cheap glue from my frontal which destroyed it. Yes the cheap glue from the beauty supple but charges $400 for installation. He overprocessed my hair and double charged me for a style which I originally asked for. When I called and spoke with the manager of Traces Of Fiji she too was very rude. Traces Of Fijis frontals and closures all go bald so I chose to get my frontal online (thank goodness) . It has yet to go bald but because of Jacory's unhandy work: my frontal is completely ripped at the lace root. He will charge you an arm and a leg just to be late to an appointment, act like he is on drugs by loudly taking personal calls yelling outrageously on the phone then return to the client chair after having a smoke to calm his nerves. My experience was so sad that I pitied for customers after me. And what made it all the worst is that the owner was right in the front tending to her conversation with her Employees as if they were friends with their kids eating, running and yelling around other clients as well. We just looked at each other and shook our heads. She had no regard to the loud and boisterous acts of her employes! In fact she allowed them to smoke weed and drink in the establishment!!! Look I'm not here to tell anyone how to run their business but the least I can do is inform you on both my experiences and hope you don't go through it as well. Before you come to either location whether it is down town or near candler road ask yourself : Is it worth it. Based on what I've seen here. Don't believe the hype. You are in for a disappointment of a lifetime. $500 can be spent anywhere else and it comes with good service and no headache.
I miraculously managed not to break my IPhone5 for 2 years. Well one drunk night and I shattered my screen. I yelped places around me and luckily found this place. They replaced my screen in 20minutes for less than $100. It looks good as new again. Thanks!
Great customer service. He knew what he was doing, fixed my iPhone in 10mins and did everything at a very reasonable price. Will definitely come here again.
These guys fixed the charging port on my iPhone and saved all the data on my phone that I thought I was going to lose. Beyond that, they took an extra 20 minutes with me to talk through random questions I had about my phone and told me to come by anytime if I had questions..that they wouldn't charge me for basic help like that. Thanks
These guys are incredible! Professional, competent, honest and reliable. I went to them with a laptop that I thought could never be saved - it had be completely drenched the night before - and they managed to save all my data and get me back into a working computer the same day. Am happy now.
I just came in to get my lcd/screen repaired for the second time here and I'm still really impressed with this place. As soon as my screen broke, I thought of coming here! I've never been to an iPhone repair shop with better prices, better costumer service and better quality repairs. My phone seriously feels like new.Both times I've come, they've been such a pleasure to deal with and I'd highly recommend coming here for any of your phone repair needs!
The repair of my phone yesterday has been the most accurate and successful in recent times. I have had my broken screen fixed and the faulty charging port repaired. The technician is very GOOD at his job!.. I will always come back here.
One of the things I love about this repair shop is that with all the with the way my iphone died for 7 days, they were able to bring it back to life.
I have been impressed with the quality of service I received here from these great people. They call within the hour, log on to troubleshoot the issues and have been able to cure the issues. So far just have them working on two computers but may include the remaining two soon...
