I was told I could put money down on a wedding dress and if I changed my mind later it would be “no big deal” to get a refund. Less than 24 hours later I requested a refund only to be told by the owner “All sales are final” and “You should have read your contract”. I didn’t sign a contract. I was never told “All sales are final” while I was in the store. The dress never left the store and no alterations have been made. They have refused to return my $500 deposit even though it would cost them nothing to do so. This is no way to do business. A wedding is a huge event. I want mine to be beautiful, complete with the perfect dress. I will never do business here again and you shouldn’t either. Read all the reviews on Facebook if mine doesn’t convince you. Poor customer service and sub par business practice seems to abound at Michael Mason’s. It didn’t just happen to me.
