        This company run by builder's son Steve Reeves who has the personality of a goat with mad cow disease. Heatherwood in Decatur was built by the Reeves on a premise of deception as few knew of the Protective Covenant which included a fee based Association that is hiodden until after you sign papers. The association fees to apparently being controlled by Steve Reeves and from what I'm able to retain he is skimming around $1000.00 or more every years as he is refusing to turn over all records in order to do an actual audit. It is my belief this man is as crooked as they come.

        I had Reeves General Contractors install 16 piers on my house Jan 2008. They did a great job. I was very please with the results.
