Do not plan to stay less than 2 hrs even if your appointment is at 8 am or the first after lunch. They are not too professional when it comes to respecting that your time is as important as theirs

I just want to say do some research before going to see riel. He is a good doctor but his nursing assistant is hateful. My daughter broke both bones and her groath plate in one leg. We have went through 3 cast in 4 weeks and when they put the brace on we was told to be very careful. That night we was up all night with her in so much pain and I kept giving her motrin until it made her sick to her stomach. So then I decided to keep her home the next day to sleep and make sure she can walk properly with out pain so I called to let them know to send a doctor excuse and the nurse called me and basically talk to me as if I am a child and told me my daughter has to toughen up. Like I don't know my kid and like I was making it up. I don't appreciate that. It won't happen again. I will go back when it's time to be done but if there is a real problem I will go to the emergency room.
