My husband and I visited the store 11/24/2015. We had planned on upgrading our plasma to the newer 4k. The salesman was incredible to say the least. The store was layed out well and we were greeted immediately when we walked in. After respectfully shooing the salesman away for a short bit, we called him back to ask questions. He was very knowledgeable which moved us from looky lue status to serious buyers. We bought the TV and sound system. The salesman was very respectful and did not try to push us into a decision. They also have a 36 month zero interest payment plan which was somewhat motivating as well. They are commissioned there, so I am sure he was a happy camper as we were. It was an outstanding experience. I can only say that management must have caught on to the experience Lorie had in 2014.
If I will rate this store Electronic Express particularly in Decatur, Alabama zero.. Do not go to this store where the customer service is terribly poor. Yes, you can see store associates around but they never care if what you are looking for.. since this store opened up in the mall only few people coming in ( I guess they have noticed too the poor , I should say terrible costumer service ). They were acting busy.. busy walking around , I felt to kill the time until it's their time to get off.. To the manager and most of all the owner of this store.. hey! give a good orientation to your employees, remember the most main reason why any business closed down, coz not earning so much profit, and where that profit comes from? US! WE! THE CUSTOMERS!.. put in your mind that it is not your store selling electronics, appliances, you have a lot of competitors around... That is what I have noticed in this country ( USA ) mostly the customer service here is terrible.. the employees does not care.. HEY wake up America! and wake up Electronic Express Store!
