I have bought and had my i phones fixed here for years, no problem. But DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take a i pad there to be fixed. I took mine in and one of their employees told me what was wrong with it . I left it to be fixed. For the next 2 weeks all I heard was that the wrong part came in. the part got lose in mail. Then after 2 week I get told in a text that he accidentally cut the power cord which he had to order another part for to fix. After no word for another week, I called the store itself. I was informed that said employee no longer worked for them, that he was stealing money and parts from them. I informed them that he had my i pad and they needed to get it back and finish fixing it. The next week, after no word, I went to the store at which time they said they had the i pad back but didn't know what he had done because them couldn't get it turned on. I showed them the text about cutting the cord and also explained all that was wrong when it came in was the colors were fading out sometimes. After bothering them for another 4 week, every Thursday, they still had no touched did. Finally the next week I got a call that they had no idea what was wrong with it and that they could not fix it and I needed to pick it up. Oh and they were not going to charge me the diagnoses fee. How nice of them. I got there to find out it turned on but I could no unlock it. Not what it went in for. They handed it back to me and about verbally shoved me out the door. As I was driving home I looked at the i pad to discover that they had cracked the screen, also something that was not broke to begin with. I called them and informed them it was broken, only to get nothing. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. There employee broke it and they refused to stand by him. So now I have a useless i pad and not recourse except to worn you about there bad business practices.
