I wouldn't even give a one star if I could. I explained to the man doing my nails that the place I had previously went to did a really horrible job and that my nails were really painful due to that, he stated they don't look bad at all. As he continued my fill in and started to file, he became frustrated and stated they would not be even, I looked at the nails he filed and asked him to please even them as they looked horrible! He said it's not going to be even due to the way the previous place did my set. Which is ignorant because he stated earlier that they weren't bad at all! He proceeds to yell at me in front of everyone saying it's not his problem, when another customer agreed the nails he filed were very crooked compared to the nails that were not yet shaped. I left without finishing and went elsewhere and look at that... My nails were shaped EVENLY!!!!! I will never step foot in this place again! Learn to respect the customer's who provide you with your income. Disgusting!
I just recently received services from Ken on 1-6-17 at 7pm. I'm very happy with my service and the look of my nails however I'm not happy with the tone that Ken took with me when I questioned him about the pricing. He immediately got defensive when I asked why the price was $8 more then the sign. He embarrassed me by saying "If you don't like it you can go somewhere cheaper" This is offensive seeing as how I spend a lot of money in your establishment receiving shellac pedicures and pink and white nails. It's not about the money, I should be able to have the pricing explained with out being given unnecessary attitude. I am disappointed that he no longer wants to service me and stated I should take my business elsewhere. Why? Because I asked to have pricing explained. There was no reason for him to go off on me in front of other customers and practically chase me out. I'm beyond embarrassed and this was no way to treat a customer. It saddens me to have to find another place to take my business. I did enjoy his work however his attitude was very unprofessional and I do believe it was because he was being shady and falsely upcharging for a very basic service.
I don't get regular (weekly) manicures but I've been going to Perfect Nails for years. Never, not once, have I had a bad experience. The ladies and gentlemen are very polite especially to their older clientele. Sometimes the staff that still has a problem understanding English have no problem asking one of their co-workers to explain what I say. The salon is clean, bathroom is clean, even though there is a mop and bucket there, spas are disenfected after every pedicure. They offer water to clients if needed and don't say one dollar please. I do enjoy going there. Sometimes they have Vietnamese soaps on TV. Something I can't see at home.
This place is a joke! $55 for garbage. My nails didn't last a whole week. The guy that did them huffed and puffed the whole time and he had the nerve to tell me to come back. I got there at 10am and didn't get out until 12:45. I had a doctor appt at one so he was getting mad at me. He messed up on everything. Look at the lines in the photo. The lines were not even straight or neat. He kept telling me to put my fingers in front of the fan than he got at me telling me I'm messing them up. How if I'm just sitting there not even moving an inch.
Horrible customer service staff is unprofessional and externally rude...waited over 2 hours and because I went outside to make a phone call for 2 min they told me I lost my place and gave me attitude....I do NOT recommend this place at alllllllll ...by far the worse customer service I have ever seen
Stay Away!!I went in this salon about two weeks ago, and I am a regular customer. To make the story short the technician was plain rude and did a horrible job. I was about to walk away in the middle of her doing my nails but I said I drove 30 mins so I will let her finish. I always tip, but this time I felt she did not deserve a tip.I signed my bill for $40...and for some reason I checked my account because I had a feeling they would charge me for a tip, and of course they did. They charged me $45.I called and spoke to the owner, just for him to tell me "drive 30min to the salon and I will give you $5, its not $200 its $5, we just put someone elses tip on your card"Its not about the $5, its about the fact that they feel they can charge me whatever they want without me authorizing them. They can keep the $5 but I will never go back.
I went there a few weeks ago and My 2 girls got Full sets and they were very happy. My son got a pedi and i was not a happy camper because the filter came off while his feet were in the water and all this built up STUFF came out so i alerted the gentleman doing my feet because his attendant left briefly. The man started speaking in his native tongue and then said ok and told my son to put his feet back in after i told him to remove them. So i stated it again that a bunch of Gunk was not in the water. he looked at me , rolled his eyes and started speaking in his native language again. and told my son to put his feet back in instead of cleaning and running new water. I told him to stop on my feet and took my son and spoke to the owner. I was charged $10 for him removing my toenail polish and i stated that i would NEVER be back.
WONDERFUL! It must be competitors who posted those negative ads. Everyone I talk to LOVES this place and the friendly, skillful workers, and the quality of their work.
Terrible! From customer service to finished product.. I got ignored by the lady doing my nails when I asked her a question. She couldn't even polish my nails right and had nail polish all around the edges on my skin. Unbelievable! I could've done a better job on myself blind folded
This place is terrible. They are not clean. The nail tech's own nails were filthy. They had a yellow color under a nail, it looked like she has a fungal infection. They were nice but the place was very unkempt. She acted like she couldnt trim my cuticles and when i told her i was leaving then she changed her mind. I will never go there again.
