I took my 2011 Fusion there, because the front bumper was cracked due to an accident. The front office was so professional and Charlie kept me up to date on the progress of the car. Thanks to all for a wonderful experience through this ordeal.

I love Ford Cars , my very first car was Ford LTD. then I purchased Mercury Sable , right after warranty ended Transmission broke, it was 40,000 miles on it. No help from Ford or Dealer. Again on 2011 I purchased Mercury milan , took very goog care , got oil change on time it has only 36,800 miles on it and Steering Rack broke. I am so upset , it will cost me $2,000 to fix the Car. I also paid Ford in full for extended warranty but that expires. My question is , how Steering Rack can break when it is been driven under 37,000 miles. Ford should responsibility to fix the Steering Rack . It is so hard for retired person to spend money like that. Now I am so disappointed with Ford , I can,t buy any new car from them. I never liked foreign cars but now I have to go with Honda or ToyotaMe and my friend purchased cars same year , I bought Mercury Milan and she bought Honda Accord her car has 60,000 miles and has no problem and my car has 36,800 miles Steering rack broke. I like to buy made in America cars. but Ford has to stand behind. Ford Mercury cars have high price and LOW quality I request Ford Co. Please send me the part steering Rack @ No Charge and I will pay the labor. How the big part Steering Rack can break on under 37,000 miles. May be it was faulty Part. I had some body work done on my Edge. After they were finished, I couldn't even find the place where the damage occurred. They even picked up and dropped off my car. I hope I don't have to go back but if I ever do need body work on my vehicle, I will choose Village Ford Collision!

bought a 2011 ford fusion with 22000 miles with warranty , at around 79000 the motor starTed to tap, took in to courtesy ford and all they wanted to do is for me to pay for and engine 7,800 i said no, they called dearborn mi and they would not help me , the mechanic told me that the engine for that year was a bad design and the rods inside the engine were weak and failing so after ford found that out they came up with a re-design engine, but not recalls. i bought this car know that i would at least get around 160000 miles but that is not true only got around 80,000 miles and its broke down sitting at there parking lot, the person that i was talking to at the dealership was not on my side ,all he wanted to do was for me to pay for a new engine , this engine was a defect engine from the begining from what was told by alot of mechanics from ford.make a long story short they got a hold of some lady at dearborn and they would not let me talk to her and she said since i was the second owner they would not help , remind you i bought the car at 22000 miles on it, i think its wrong , the engine should last at least 16000 miles to 200000 miles this engine only lasted 79000 miles , this is not write all i was asking for for ford to meet me halfway and i would have been ok with it but when you have someone your dealing with that is not on your side and dosent even tell the lady the whole story so what do you do i guess ill take a cab everywere , IF FORD WOULD HELP ME OUT I WOULD APPRECIATE IT CAUSE NOT EVERYONE HAS MONEY TO THROW AWAY OR KEEP BUYING CARS OR TRUCK, ALL I WANT IS MY CAR TO RUN AGAIN I DONT CARE IF ITS A REBUILT ENGINE , I TRY CALLING NUMBERS TO DEARBORN MI AND NON OF THE NUMBERS WORK , IM NOT MAD AT THIS IM DISAPPOINTED THAT FORD WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT... Took my car for a re all and I asked for the works I was told I didn't need a oil change took it yesterday Cleary he didn't check all pink fluids were black filter black $300 worth of work I could've have done a month ago had he checked he did t even top my fluids really I am so annoyed it my visit yesterday was awesome
Clean Care Of Anderson purchased a 2015 Transit Van from Anderson Ford. In April of 2017 the van was washed and water got in the vents on the hood that went through the air intake and caused the airbag to open. We was told that the Ford design was the fault and that they could not fix it,so the van was totaled. Water was found in dash board all electrical was damaged.So we had the van fixed and on 10-23-17 a rain storm caused water to do the same thing again we took it back to Anderson Ford and they said that they could not do anything with it because it was totaled out.My thought is it was totaled because of the design of the Ford Transit so I think I'm going to talk to an attorney. My husband and I had always been Ford people until 2008. Together we had owned 18 Ford cars and trucks and 4 Ford Tractors. Then we got a Focus which turned out to be a real Lemon. I contacted Ford Motors Headquarters and they took care of my problem with the Focus, but fell through on the remaining promises made, so I bought a Dodge. I went back to Ford when we needed a new box truck...got a great deal and another lemon. It is less than 2 years old, still under warrranty, has had 4 turbos replaced and now the motor is shot. They do not want to replace the motor even though it is still under warranty and I have provided all the maintenance records. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO FORD MOTORS?
